Stabbing Incident that resulted to the death of Alias Pedro

DATE : October 17, 2020


1. WHAT : Stabbing Incident that resulted to the death of Alias Pedro.

2. WHEN : Discovered at about 4:07 AM of October 17, 2020 and referred to this
at about 4:15 AM of the same date.

3. WHERE : At Infront of Marikina Sport Center located along Mc Donald Ave.,


Brgy Sto. Niño, Marikina City.

4. WHO : Victim: ALIAS PEDRO, of legal age, Barker with no permanent


address. (Deceased)

Reportee/Witness: S/G CHRISTIAN VILLAFLORES y Castelo, 36 years of age, married,


Security Guard, native of Samar and presently residing at No. 34 Mary Town Loyola
Heights, Quezon City.

5. How: Initial investigation disclosed that on the said TDPO, while reportee
performing his official duty on the said establishment when passerby informed him that
there was a man lying oozing with blood at the entrance of their building (Mc Donald Party
Place). He immediately proceeded at the said place to verify the veracity of the report.
When he saw the incident, he called the assistance of Marikina Recue 161 unfortunately in
their initial findings, the deceased has no sign of life.
Further, at about 3:00 AM when reportee roving his perimeter, he saw the victim
together with Alias Danilo having an heated argument while they are in drinking session. In
that particular circumstance, the elements of this station tried to locate Alias Danilo to shed
light the incident and as of this moment it will be the person of interest relative to this
incident.
The motive of the incident is undetermined and the case is still under
investigation.
Crime Scene was technically process by the responding SOCO Team led by PLT
VINCENT DELA CRUZ wherein, in their initial findings, victim sustained stab wound on his
left side of the body and the face. The cadaver was brought at Camp Crame Quezon City
for Autopsy Examination. CCTV Cameras installed at nearby establishment were requested
for possible identification of the suspect. Investigators on-case: PSMS Charles A De Guzman
Jr. (0905-277-05-30) and PSSg John F Morales (0908-861-07-30) this station.
