    SCIENTIFIC PAPER PRESENTATION

    General Instructions for submission of
    Abstracts for Scientific Paper presentations
    1. Registration for the Triple O Conference 2021 is mandatory for submission of abstract
    for Scientific Presentation.

    2. Scientific paper presentations are open for Post-graduate trainees, Undergraduate


    students and Faculty.

    3. One registered delegate can submit only one abstract for scientific presentation. In the
    event of multiple abstracts from the same delegate, only (the first) one will be considered.

    4. Paper presentations can be Original Research, Case reports or Review Papers.

    5. For each Paper presentation, a maximum of 02 (two) co-authors are allowed, both of whom
    must be registered for the conference. Co-author certificates will be issued only for
    registered delegates.

    6. Abstracts should be submitted in Microsoft Word format.

    7. For original research, the abstract will follow the “IOMRC” (Introduction-Objective-Method-
    Result-Conclusion) pattern and not more than 300 words excluding the title. For case reports
    and review papers, the pattern of abstract will be non-structured and not more than 250
    words.

    8. For Original research completed studies with results only will be considered for participation.

    9. The last date for submission of abstracts is 18th November 2021. Abstracts have to be sent
    via email to oooazeezia2021@gmail.com.

    10. Intimation of selection of abstracts and the schedule for presentation of the selected
    abstracts will be done by 22nd November 2021.

    11. The time allowed for each presentation will be 6 minutes followed by 2 minutes discussion.

    12. All paper presentations should be in Microsoft PowerPoint format.
