CAR PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS

1.) All owners, tenants, and visitors are responsible for compliance with these parking
rules.
2.) Vehicle/s should be properly locked before leaving the parking area. Do not leave
valuables in plain view. The management is not liable for any loss or damage on your
vehicle/s.
3.) Guests or Unit owners shall be held liable for any damage they may cause to the
parking facility or its accessories, or to persons or any other properties within the car
park.
4.) Vehicles left in the car park for more than twenty-four (24) hours will be reported to
the proper authorities for appropriate action.
5.) No repairs or extraordinary maintenance of vehicles shall be carried out upon the
common elements. Damage to the common elements will be assessed to the unit
owner who himself, his tenant or guest caused the damage.
6.) No washing of vehicles shall be tolerated utilizing the management’s interior faucets,
spigots, water sources etc.
7.) Vehicles must be parked between the designated space lines only.
8.) Vehicle bumpers should not protrude over the curb as to obstruct the sidewalk.
9.) No standing or parking in fire or emergency lanes.
10.) NO IDLING. Vehicle exhaust is an air pollutant and a health hazard. Our facility is
environmental-friendly.
11.) FOR PWD, kindly ask assistance from any of our parking staff or in-charge for
assistance.
12.) PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK. The management is not held liable for falling branches
from trees in times of inclement weather or at times of gust.
