INTRODUCTION

In this vigorous era of technology, the use of mobile phone is increasing day by day and so are
the needs that consumers mostly prefer to fulfill by sitting home in just few clicks. In several
aspects, smartphones are considered as an important innovation. Due to technological inventions,
the android operating system has undergone great changes and it is running on countless models
of smartphones. With the availability of smartphone devices and advancement in mobile
technology, developers are designing interactive and effective applications which can be used or
various purposes and initiative of construction application can be of great use.

So the idea of launching the construction mobile application is to provide the consumers an
opportunity to get their construction work done through mobile application. They can get
construction material as well if they require. The idea of construction app is to give users an ease
to work with relaxation. The reason behind the idea was to launch hassle free tool that can save
user cost, time, money, and stress. As this idea does not exist before so in this digital world
where every work is preferred to be done through mobile, so everyday people are investing their
finance in construction of homes and buildings that generate great revenue for them so this will
be a great opportunity for them.

BACKGROUND

According to the research conducted regarding mobile application, the evidence shows that there
is no specific application that is used for the purpose of construction orders or for ordering
material that is used for construction purpose. This is an innovative idea that will be
implemented for the first time If the methodological analysis shows a positive result. Hence all
the methods used will be unique as no results are found for construction application.
OUTLINE OF PROJECT

The project revolves around developing a mobile phone application that users will use If they
want to construct any building or house they can use an application where there are architectures
available to design the home or them.

Then there is a raw material available that can be ordered from home in one click. Further the
user can tell their complete range and all their needs about the task to be done. They can tell their
range of revenue, the thing they want to build, its design, the labor, and all the requirements will
be available in one single application.

Here the users or customers can use the application to buy single material as well as labor or all.
It is not necessary that they only have to get their home constructed from the application. They
can avail single opportunity as well, if need arises.

Further the business model will be revolving around the ways of generating revenues and profits
from it. So one of the way of getting revenues is through the purchase of goods and services that
are offered in it and secondly there is a way of monetizing the applications so whenever a user
installs it and runs it, it automatically generates profits for the developer. So developing a mobile
phone application is the way of getting dual profits.

METHODOLOGY

The method o analyzing the feasibility study is ROI that is return on investment. It is a method
by which we can access that whether there is a return on the cost utilized or invested. I return on
investment is positive that means we can invest in the project and I not then that project will be a
waste o money, time and al our efforts. It is very important to know return on investment
because it shows the validity of feasibility study and without this the feasibility study is
incomplete.

Other than this, a survey was conducted to know about the effectiveness o the business from
users. For this they were asked about the opportunity as I they will prefer or not so they highly
agreed to use mobile application than traditional way in this digital era. They were more
privileged to use mobile application so that they can save their time. They highly agreed on using
an application because o convenience and getting their work done from home.

OVERVIEW OF ALTERNATIVES

The alternative method o mobile phone application is the traditional method that is widely used.
The traditional method is utilizing self services in a manner that getting all the raw material by
going from one place to another.

Then the architects and labors are found by oneself that creates a lot of burden, stress, hassle,
wastage of time, and many more problems. But it has an advantage that one thinks that he can
save some money through bargaining and can see everything by himself.

But apart from that the application can give much more relaxation and satisfaction of all the
work as the stress and all the work will be liable on business owner. He will be liable to gather
all the things in one place. He will be liable for all the loss, and ineffectiveness done in the work.

The user of application will have an opportunity to see all the things before hand and get
satisfied so that everything can be done effectively and efficiently. And he will not have to rush
to fulfill all the requirements by going from one place to another.

CONCLUSION

So we conclude that the mobile phone application for initiating a construction business through
this mode is very useful and attractive as users are willing to avail the opportunity and It can
generate profits in dual way as discussed earlier. That is by sale of products and services offered
and secondly by monetization of application. So this project is in favor o f acceptance and must
be initiated.
