AS2412iS Combination Controller
Notes on how to avoid accidents and material damage
For notes on how to avoid accidents and material damage in
Z industrial trucks with electronic components see J 6900.09.
Measures taken to conduct heat (shiny contact surfaces) must
M remain intact during repair work.
Any disassembly or assembly of components not listed in the
spare parts catalogue is not permitted. This could affect heat
conductivity and insulation.

Used before safety instructions which must be observed to avoid

danger to personnel.
Used before notices which must be observed to avoid material
M damage.
Used before explanations.

Controller .
The AS2412iS combination controller contains power electronics
to control the AC threephase drive motor, the DC lift motor and a
permanently energised DC steer motor.
Interface functions in the form of analog inputs and outputs can be
used.
The CAN-Bus interface is used to communicate with other
components.
A radio module interface can be added by the manufacturer as an
option.
Non-volatile memories in the form of EEPROMs are used to set
and store event messages.
Operating software adapted to a range of trucks can be stored via
the CAN-Bus interface.

Settings / diagnostics
• Program download and setting via CAN-Bus.
• Use of Jungheinrich JUDIT service tool through CANOpen
Can protocol.
• Diagnostics via external LED on service SAAB adaptor in the
event of CAN-Bus malfunction.
