Answer: Having Principle is very important specially in our Physical Fitness because even when the
world is pushing us in a different direction, having principles help us stay focused on what's important
and aligned with our values. They provide us with a foundation to stand on so that we can say or do
things that are very important to us. It helps us to stay motivated and discipline in our body
physically, emotionally, and mentally. Our life principles are important because they help us grow and
develop not just mentally but also in our daily physical fitness. Our decisions reflect our values and
beliefs, and they are always directed toward a specific goal. That goal is to meet our individual needs.
Principles, on the other hand, give us a sense of the world around us, among us, and within us and
gave us a sense of how things happen and why they happen the way they do. This is since in order to
formulate your principles, you must have given it careful consideration. To make a rule, you must first
define your values. The other reason is that there are numerous distractions in today's world that can
pull you away from what is most important to you. Other people's priorities are constantly pleading
with you to prioritize them over your own. On the other hand, you can create your own principles
based on your needs, nature, and circumstances. It enables you to be a valuable person. As a result,
both are vital for survival. A principle is a part of everyday life. When you have a clear principle, it
guides you in deciding how you want to behave in a given situation. You'll know you're doing the right
thing as long as you stick to your principles.

• Why is it important to promote Principle of Physical Fitness? And How?


Answer: It is very important to promote principle of physical Fitness in order for us to stay
focused, determined, and discipline enough to do our task daily and to maintain a good health.
Physical Fitness should be as much a part of our priority to our daily routine as eating and
sleeping. We must have principles as high as possible because attaining good body posture, we
have to be disciplined in all aspects of life, and we must be determined. Not everyone or every
person can achieve physical fitness and body goals right away if they do not have the
determination and willingness to put in the effort to change their bodies. People who are fitness
enthusiast and health enthusiasts in physical fitness are the ones who have strong principles in
life. Being fat is difficult because when you look in the mirror and don't like what you see, it's
difficult to accept yourself. However, working out and exercising is very tiring, and there is a lot
of pain that we can experience. Both are difficult, and either way of life will always be difficult.
Having a life principle forces us to choose which path we will take. It is amazing how we can turn
out to be a healthy living person mentally, physically, and emotionally when we have the
healthy mindset that we instill in our minds. There is no certainty in life, but we must take a leap
of faith and always train our minds to be the best version of ourselves. In the end, we are the
ones who will benefit from the struggle we choose today. Choose the path or the "hard way"
that will benefit us in the long run. Principles are like guide in our daily life of how or when and
why we are not allowed to take steps on beliefs that are not aligned to our principle, simply
because principle is a way of how we discipline ourselves in our own ways.

• What is the significance of the component of Health related physical fitness to the
body?
Answer: The significance of the component of Health-related physical fitness to our body is
that it maintains an acceptable level of health-related physical fitness and it recognized as a
key component in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. People who achieve such levels of fitness
reduce their chances of developing health problems like heart disease, low back pain, and
obesity, as well as improve their body's ability to function. This is why, regardless of age,
everyone should be concerned about their health. Flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, muscular
strength, muscular endurance, and body fat composition are the five health-related
components of fitness. In our daily lives, we have to secure and monitor if we can still
perform these five components of Health-related physical fitness for us to be aware and help
our body while we still can. We have to maintain healthy for this are the things that keeps us
on track and how much power do we have in performing tasks in our homes. Being mentally
fit is important for critical thinking in daily operations. Being physically fit is important so you
are able to handle the physical challenges life puts in front of you. That is why Physical
Fitness is very important because it helps us to perform on our daily activities efficiently
without going through fatigue and other health problems, but it also reduces the risk of
health problems that may arise in the future. Keep in mind that fitness is for everyone. To be
physically fit, you don't have to be a great athlete. You will improve your health-related
fitness if you exercise regularly and follow the basic principles.
