1. How did you execute the PFT? What did you realize?
 By applying warm-up before I start the PFT and also cooling down after executing the
physical fitness test. I realized that before we do any physical activity we must apply first
the warming-up and cooling down after we execute because through this it revs up our
cardiovascular system by raising our body temperature, increasing blood flow of our
muscles also it allows for a gradual recovery of preexercise heart rate and blood
pressure.
2. What are the importance of PFT? Why is it necessary?
 The importance of PFT are it gives us information about the status of our overall
physical fitness, helps us in starting life-long habits of regular physical activity, and also it
helps to determine one’s level of physical fitness. It is necessary because it determined
our fitness level, and the result also serves as a guide in determining the type of physical
education activities needed for us to improve our physical fitness components in
general.
3. Is it applicable in our daily life? Why?
 Yes because it is a great way to monitor and assess our ability as it relates to aerobic
fitness, strength and flexibility. It also helps us to understand how healthy we are and
learned to set goals to improve our health-related fitness.
