 Maintenance, Cleaning and Usage is quiet easy.

 Chasis/frame will be on wheels.
 Body is epoxy white painted. Ex-proof paint is available as an option.
 Italian Vibromotor with 1500 rpm speed (In Comply with EX IID).
 4pcs “Smart Clamps” around the sieve. Smart Clamping system, optimise and adjust the balanced force
for screener.
 Smart-clamps are also made from stainless steel (EN 1.4301)
 Low-level Bag/Sack Feeding Chute in comply with Occupational Health and Safety.
 Screening Element (media) with 2mm mesh screen.
 Screening media is removable and dish washer safe.
 Adhesive is FDA approved (screen bonding)
 No side outlet for oversize discharge at Standard Screener. On request, quotation will be proposed.

 Load-Balancer is made from steel and painted which is mounted to moving frame.

 Frequency controller is not included.
 Equipped with stainless-steel bunker.
 Easy to move by its wheelie design.
 Gearbox with motor will be filled with Food-grade Oil.

3.) 500 Kg UNIVERSAL COOKER


 Gross volume of cooker: 500 Kg/batch
 All materials AISI 304L prime quality, 2B finish.
 Cooker is steam-operated which tested under 12 bars pressure. Max. 8bars operating condition.
 Steam instruments are included.
 Union or Flanged “S” type Chimney outlet for Condensation. Chimney piping is excluded.
 4 pcs of SS304 load-carrying legs available.
 1/3 hinged OR 400mm round outward opening manhole lid on top of cooker.
 Agitator is speed controlled.
 Parallel bevel gearbox with motor is used.
 Mixing paddles without scrapers.
 All our mixers precautions against to oil leakage. Oil seal to prevent any leakage
 Extra oil seal in order to prevent any leakage.
 Cooker is insulated with rockwool.
 4 kW motor unit used.
 Bottom discharge with 3” Stainless steel ball valve (for cooker)
 Transfer piping from cooker to buffer mixer is included

Materials and Appearance:


 Capacity: 2 m3 gross volume (bottom end + body).
 Tank is in Vertical Cylindrical form.
 All materials are EN 1.4307 (AISI 304L) prime, 2B finish, 3.1 certified.
 Tank is weld by certified welders and by automatic welding machines with using filler metal which is 308L.
 Cladding Shell is fully welded (hygenic design - instead of riveted joint).
 Conical bottom and top which is 15⁰ sloped.
 Conical adjustable 4 numbers of legs (AISI 304L).
 Plastic Floor Protection plates for adjustable legs.
 2 numbers of lifting lugs on top end.
 400mm aseptic manhole lid is existing which is outward (reverse and side) opening and EPDM seal (food
grade).
 Safety switch on manhole lid will be existing.
 1 Pcs. 2” demountable Air vent is existing if electrical control panel included.
 Deck Ladder, guardrail and kickplate are not included.
 Internal and external welds are cleaned and passivated with Pickling Method.

 Wallbond jacket is designed in compliance with 5 bars working pressure and 8 bars test pressure (Design and

 Thermal insulation on Shell and bottom, with 30 mm rock wool / stone wool.
 1 Pcs. 1/2" BSP connection for product temperature probe underside of shell. Probe is excluded.
 1 Pcs. 1/2" BSP connection for media(hot water) temperature probe on media inlet of bottom outlet . Probe is
excluded.
 1 Pcs. 1/2" BSP connection for pressure transmitter on bottom. Transmitter is excluded.

 Bottom bearing is made from UHMW Polyethylene.

 In order to avoid any oil leakage, extra oil seal is existing.

 Classic double jacketed. (max. operating jacket water temperature ≤ 60 ˚C)
 Jacketed is designed to work at max. 2 bars and jacket is tested at 4bars.
 Jacket connection with 1/2" BSP DIN2999 coupling (F).
 Hot water supply hoses are not included.
 This filter is used between tank outlet and pump inlet (before pump ONLY).
 N45 neodymium permanent magnets covered with EN 1.4301 housing.
 Magnet working temperature < 80 °C
 Magnets are covered with AISI304L housing.
 A mesh screen filter with 3mm opening. 1pcs of spare filter included to scope of delivery.
