are directly concerned with the behavior or behavior of each employee, creating a professional
way of working for the airline service industry. The first thing that is most strongly influenced by
culture is how to behave with customers, always putting customers at the center of work,

how and what motivates individuals. Motivation is an enormous area of research. There were a

(Knowledgehut, n.d.).
12
According to Smith & Cronje (1992), the explanation of Maslow's principle depends on people
wanting to improve what they wish to do in life, and on their value. Based on Maslow's hierarchy
of needs, content hypotheses for work fulfillment focus on the needs of workers and the reasons
for their satisfaction (Saif et al., 2012). Maslow has developed a five-stage philosophy based on
fundamental physical, biochemical, social and psychological needs of human beings, which
positions individual needs in various categories and prioritizes their achievement. These
categories, in order of decreasing priority, are:
Firstly, in terms of physical and safety factors, Vietjet always has a strict inspection team with
input standards to be admitted. Besides, Vietjet Air always gives periodic physical checks to see if
it is enough. whether or not there is an on-board reception and health insurance is always paid
13
when you're in the company. The CEO also spends more money to improve the flight quality of
the planes to ensure absolute safety from flights.Secondly, Social factors and recognition of their
dedication in the company are always guaranteed with each year rewarding outstanding
employees based on skills and ability to work with customers. In addition, Vietjet's employees

unexpected circumstances. want and must also be responsible for themselves caused at work.
Finally, Self-actualization needs are the factor that Vietjet Air is most interested in to make the
difference between people and focus on the company's biggest resource, which is its employees,
not advanced technology equipment. From there, the employees always have the opportunity to
develop their work and abilities the most in this working environment.
Vietjet Air's activities are very professionally worked from Maslow model to step-by-step
progression to accurately confirm the effectiveness or problem of each level. And Vietjet has
done well with the visualizations outlined above. corporate culture when there are all factors to
develop the full enthusiasm of employees and they will receive the most competitive salary with
competitors' colleagues and compare with other service industries with leading position in the
service industry in terms of social benefits and skills provided.
In addition, Vietjet always creates conditions for all of its employees to receive the most rigorous
and comprehensive training with the parameters and achievements that speak to its
professional training apparatus. extensive human resource development, but also create a high
level of trust for each individual employee. But Vietjet also has very strong sanctions for
employees who violate the regulations that the company has set, creating a harmonious balance
in the workplace both helps to ensure work and lets employees know what they can do within
certain limits in accordance with the company's standards. Finally, mutual respect in the working
environment. This professionalism is always on the top, both openness and showing the human
quality of the top-class service industry.
Finally , the families of employees will be given priority and receive more incentives for their
flights . Both bring brand value and help companies bring value to their employees .As a result,
the components of spirit, which expresses the meaning of an employee's employment, suffer
when compared to the other components, particularly mind.

A REFLECTIVE STATEMENT
Self-evaluation
The discussion about the CEO of Vietjet air and the corporate culture of the company. From the
discussion there were strengths and weaknesses
Strengths
In the CEO talk, I said the factors that I need to pay attention to the most are the human factors
in the corporate culture between the behavior that makes the difference and the
professionalism in my company's apparatus to the customers. each subject. Getting good results
with clear three-part display of company information, culture and motivation should take the
right amount of time.
Weaknesses
I forgot to mention the customer reactions and feedbacks about some employees who did not
follow what the CEO set out. On the other hand, it is the epidemic factor that makes online
meetings not bring the attraction of customers. a speech.
Improvement
I would like to have live speeches for interaction and emotion and to best convey information.
