We are selling a sweet potato coated with chocolate. It's called Sweet Potato
Chocolate Ball. It fits in the market area because a lot of people likes to eat sweet.
Customers will like this because it is healthy, they will be attracted to buy since it's not
too sweet and it has a lot of nutrients.
Jolly Bites sell sweet potato chocolate balls that will be love of everyone. In other
business, they only sell their products/food because they only want to gain profit, in Jolly
Bites we want to provide happiness to our customers, sell nutritious food and gain profit.
Like Godiva Business, Godiva Business sells just like us, but the difference is that
Godiva is all sweet, like small amount of nutrients only, while in Jolly Bites we produce
nutritious product, that our customers will surely not worry for their health since it is
nutritious. And also, Godiva sells their products in a high price php2,420.68 for 12
pieces, but small amount of nutrients only, while in Jolly Bites, as low as php35 for 2
pieces and has a lot of nutrients you'll get. Our other competitor is Leonidas Chocolate.
The similarity of our business to theirs is that they also offer chocolate and sweets but
with different flavor and variety. Leonidas use chocolate made with 100% pure cocoa
butter and their chocolates are designed in Belgium. Our business sells sweet potato
chocolate ball which the main ingredients are sweet potato and melted chocolate. The
difference between Leonidas’s chocolate and to our product are the ingredients and its
price. We use sweet potato as the filling since we want to provide nutrients to our
customers and not just pure chocolate. In Leonidas, they only use pure chocolate so their
product has less nutrients than ours. We sell our product for only Php 35.00 which
contains 2 pieces of chocolate balls per box. Leonidas company also sells 2 pieces of
chocolate balls per box, but the price is much expensive than ours which cost for Php
110.42.
B. Price Points
Jolly Bites product is Sweet Potato Chocolate Balls that cost 35 pesos/2 pieces.
Our target customer can pick any two with different toppings from the choices. The
packaging of our product is just a simple white box but the product inside it is pleasing to
the eye. Jolly Bites' product is a nutritious food that will be love of everyone. Sweet
Potato Chocolate Balls is not just an ordinary chocolate, it has a unique taste that
customer can only find that unique taste in our product/company. They can't find and
taste it in other businesses since we offer our customers with a unique taste and nutritious
food/product. We assure that our product and company is open to everyone and safe to
eat. Our customers can buy our product for just 35 pesos/2pieces if they come to our
physical store, if they want to deliver our product, they can add fees for the delivery.
C. Order Fulfillment
When someone wants to purchase our product, they can buy it from our physical
store which is located in Marcos Ext. St., Malinta, Valenzuela City. If they have no time
to go to our store, they can order it online, just contact us or go to our Facebook page and
message us if they have question about our product. The service charge or fee we set are
just affordable since everyone are struggling with their money now. We make sure that
we will impose a proper amount of service fee based on the distance between the location
of our store to their location. There's no hassle in contacting us since we are always
available and ready to deliver anytime. We ensure that we will accommodate and
entertain all the customers, and serve to them the best product we have in our business.
D. Technology
Through the use of technology, we can sell our product. We are going to use the
social media platform like Facebook. We have our own Facebook page that the
customers can contact us. They can see there about the product and what we offer,
customers can message us and order how many is their want. We also have our own
email and phone numbers they can also use these for ordering. They can call at our phone
numbers and send us messages through email.
