EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The name of our product is Chooey’s (bread with chocolate fillings), this business will consist of
seven investors in particular including, Daisy Mae Babayran, Jassmen Abajar, Windel Aranas,
Maria Celesty Arapoc, Jeraldine Ruiz, Rosmae Abogatal, Alberto Maghinay, and Joshua Glen
Rosal. Our capital will cost 258 php consuming every member 36.8 php to reach our target market
in 7 weeks, which is 2,982 php. Our product, Chooey’s (bread with chocolate fillings) target market
consumers are especially students from inside and outside the Tangub City Global College
premises and some people who usually like the blend of sweet taste. The product will start from
going through inventory, then will proceed to estimating the numbers of Chooey’s (bread with
chocolate fillings) to be made a day. Then after, we’ll proceed in buying the ingredients needed to
complete preparations in producing the product. After that, we’ll proceed in making the packaging,
after packaging, we'll proceed to the product tasting. Lastly, we’ll proceed to the marketing and
selling of the product.

B. This Chooey’s (bread with chocolate fillings) is to be produced by our Group inside and
outside of Tangub City Global College. The benefit of this product is that it will make you
enjoy eating bread more with fillings inside.
C. It envisions creating a cheap, yet delicious product that they thought they couldn’t afford.

III. BUSINESS PLAN

The Needs

A. Our group is planning on selling inside Tangub City Global College, focusing on the
students in the 3rd floor main building and the annex building. Because many students from
the 3rd floor and annex building usually choose not to have a snack at breaktime because
the canteen is far from their classrooms. Spending the next classes hungry is what the
students do, so we want to help them by not bringing them to the food but bringing food to
them. To resolve the hunger that the students choose to take.
B. Outside Tangub City Global College, it is usually unfamiliar for the customers so we will
provide them with an experience to taste a unique and delicious product at a cheap price.
C. We believe that our product will be known as a cheap, unique and delicious product that
will give experience to all the clients.

IV. VISSION, MISSION and VALUES

Vision: To become the best producer of a unique product and the most affordable product
which is delicious at the same time.
Mission: To provide an experience to the customer giving them a taste they never tasted
before.
Values: Chooey’s (bread with chocolate fillings) as a business committed to giving a unique
product to our clients. It will keep the best production clean and safe. The dedicated sellers
will provide the best service they can give in selling the product.

V. MARKET PROFILE

A. Research and Analysis: The proponents discovered that the canteen inside Tangub City
Global College is selling Chooey’s (bread with chocolate fillings), but it is different from
our product. Different in a way that it lacked flavor and fillings. Our management computed
if we’ll have a chance in competing against the school canteen and we also asked students
about it and they say, ‘tasting it might change their mind’.
B. Chooey’s marketing strategy will be selling to places where Chooey’s are not sold or where
Chooey’s are different from us. Also, online selling online will be our another strategy to
bring our product whose not studying to Tangub City Global College. The sellers will be
the ones to reach out to the customers.
C. Chooey’s will target customers who haven’t tried it yet and customers who want some
delicious and unique food for a cheap price.
VI. PRODUCTION/TECHNICAL PLAN

A. Product Description: Chooey’s is a dessert consisting of chocolate as fillings. The finished


product will be placed in a paper container. Delicious and unique products are too
expensive for other people to buy, but our product is cheap but delicious and unique at the
same time.
B. Operating Strategies: The product will be produced at our boarding house and will be
brought to the location finished. The raw materials used are bought at Tangub City’s public
market and Prince Hypermart. Before selling products, the proponents will conduct a food
tasting for the teacher and give feedback after. The management will do its best to produce
more products.

VII. SOCIAL IMPACT.

A. Long-Term Desired Outcomes: Chooey’s will be included in various restaurants and


bakeries where it is the number one best seller bread of their store. Our management will
be the best proponent in supplying bread rolls worldwide.
B. Social Impact on the Community: The product will help the producers mainly in the
business. It can also help them experience running a business. But the product can also help
give experience to the customers. An experience of a unique product given to customers
who cannot afford costly products like ours.
C. Business Impact on the Community: The Bread Roll’s main ingredient is bread. It will
increase the market demand for bread producers. Since the main ingredient is bread, it
promotes a healthy product for people who like to eat chips rather than bread. The product
has a high chance of surviving in the market because of its uniqueness and affordability.

VIII. TIME FRAME

Our group will sell Chooey’s three times a week scheduled Monday, Wednesday, and
Friday (MWF ). The team will create an official Facebook page to apply the online marketing
which we will post Chooey’s and promote to attract potential buyers. We will accept orders from
social media located only in the City proper. It’s open for pickup.

In the first day of selling, the team aim to make 40 pieces of Chooey’s. We will sell the product
worth of 10 pesos each. So if the 40 pieces will be sold in 1 day, we have 400 pesos. The overall
money will be minus to our capital worth 258, so our profit is 142 per day. In three times a week
of selling, we can gain profit worth of 426 pesos. In a span of time starting March 18- May 6.
Below is the number of weeks in every month we are going to cook and sell Chooey’s.

March- 2 weeks

April- 4 weeks

May- 1 week

So we have 7 total weeks allocated time on this business. So 426 pesos multiplied by 7 weeks will
result to 2,982 pesos. However, we will keep on promoting our product online to attract potential
buyer and orders. The more sales, the more income.
