We would like to praise and thank the Almighty for giving us the strength because in
the end we managed to complete this assignment. This assignment also would not have been
completed without the sacrifices of our group members, consist of Annrita Anushia a/p
Francis, Ellvina anak Stephen, Muhammad Nurhelmi bin Norasaida, Nur Hidayah binti
Marzhukina and Sathiswary a/p Uthaya Kumar. We strive to work together to produce a good
assignment with our full commitment and responsibility.
Other than that, we would like to thank our lecturer, Sir Muhammad Naqib bin Mat
Yunoh for guiding and giving us support on how to do our assignment to produce even better
ones. Not to forget we also thank him for teaching us in this course.
Last but not least, we would like to thank Mr. Muhammad Aizat bin Mohammad
Saleh, the owner of Keropok Lekor Penang for his good deed in accepting out group to do an

All operations such as production, mixer, weighing, kneading, boiling, cutting and
packing are done in its own factory. Apart from Keropok Lekor, frozen products are also
made and sold. For example, Keropok Lekor “jejari”, “lesong”, “barbola” and ‘dadu”. In
addition, charge of delivery or self-collect is also made by Alisya Food Enterprise to
facilitate the product to arrive quickly and safely into the hands of customers. Keropok
Lekor Penang markets its products throughout Malaysia and the main states are Kelantan

and Terengganu. For the domestic market, Keropok Lekor not only markets in Malaysia,
but its products also penetrate the market to Thailand. This company started marketing its
products to Thailand after Mr. Aizat attended an event where he was advised to try
market its products to Thailand and the sale was well received in Thailand. Currently,
Keropok Lekor Penang will produce flavored keropok lekor like cheese, barbecue, spicy
and other flavors in the future.
