1. A dialogue between two friends talking about the importance of early rising.
Samir : Hello, Xian! What are you doing here early in the morning?
Samir : I have heard that you get up early in the morning and walk for quite a long time.
Xian : Yes, I do. I always get up minimum one hour before the sunrise and go for morning
walk.
Xian : Don’t you know the proverb, “Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy,
wealthy and wise.”
Xian : An early riser has many advantages. Firstly, the man who rises early in the morning can
take some exercise and walk in the morning fresh air in the open field. The morning air refreshes
both body and mind. Thus, he keeps a good health.
Samir : I see!
Xiam : Secondly, he can start his daily work earlier. As an early riser has enough time to work
and study, he can perform his work and complete studies properly in time. Thus, he earns more
money and studies more. As a result, he becomes wealthy and wise.
Xian : At the same time, he can go to bed early at night and have a sound sleep.
Xian : A late riser wastes a lot of time in sleeping. He doesn’t have enough time to perform his
work properly. Moreover, he can’t enjoy morning fresh air.
Samir : Thank you, Xian for your good advice. I was quite in darkness about the benefits of
early rising. Early rising is really a good habit and we must cultivate this habit from the
beginning of our life.
Tanha: Don’t be upset. It’s also brilliant. Congratulations on your brilliant success. It is not easy
to get A+ in all subjects. Really, you have done well. Congratulations again.
Ruma: Thanks. But friend, I am not happy with this result. I expected golden A+. I really
performed very well in the examination.
Tanha: But your Bengali hand writing was not so good. Perhaps, you have missed A+ in
Bengali for your hand writing.
Tanha: However, don’t be upset. Rather, enjoy yourself. Certainly, your parents are happy with
your results.
Ruma: Yes, they are very happy. They also say what you say.
Tanha: Next time try to do get golden A+. Anyway, I have to go now. See you.

and got A+. He may help you to have better knowledge about the new syllabus and question
pattern.

consequence?
Samrat : If trees are cut down indiscriminately, the country will one day turn into a desert. The
temperature will raise and it will cause greenhouse effect.
Samrat : We should plant more trees. But there are many people who are not aware of the
