Trip to Waterfall

This morning was a sunny Saturday morning. The sun Shine brightly with blue clouds
dotting the sky and I was ready to go to school feeling happy and excited. This morning I was
quite excited to start my day, I woke up early today to prepare everything quickly, even I can
still watch my favorite morning program. All the way to school I mumbled in my heart
"Maybe it's a good day, will something good come today?". While muttering I continued on
my way to school.

Arriving at school I met my friends who are often with me. "Hi Ahmad, good
morning!", "Oh hi good morning" that's how we say hello every morning. I don't have many
close friends not even more than ten fingers. But the friends I have are the best ever. Classes
at my school start at around 7:30 am every day after morning ceremony. I am currently in the
third grade of senior high school. It's the end of the most beautiful school days according to
people.

Today's lesson didn't feel too heavy for me. When the recess bell rings, usually my
friends and I will spend time together and chat with each other. In the ongoing conversation,
for some reason suddenly a question that spontaneously came out of my mouth, "Eh, we're
already in third grade, you don't want to spend time together, go for a walk?". My friend just
smiled and replied "This is what I wanted to convey to all of you. How about we go out on
Sunday?" "Alright, where are we going? Is it expensive? We're still in school, we don't have
much money," I replied. "I have prepared our travel plans, we will go to the waterfall in the
next town, the view is really good, the cost is also not expensive, how about it?". "Okay,
okay,

After that brief Saturday talk, I thought about the trip over and over again. "This will
probably be a memory that is difficult to forget later" I thought so. The next day, I woke up
early in the morning and prepared enough provisions considering that this trip was quite far.
There were six people who went with me today, including me. We left early in the morning
to get there in the afternoon and have plenty of time to enjoy the nature beauty.

We left around nine in the morning. Along the way I felt very happy and couldn't wait
to see the beautiful waterfall. It was my first time seeing a waterfall so naturally I was very
excited and couldn't wait for it. During the trip I really enjoyed every minute that passed with
a feeling of pleasure. I also sometimes ask my friends "How good will the waterfall be?". Our
journey was not only through paved city streets, but had to pass through a rocky and uphill
debt road because we had to pass several hills to get to our destination. But we didn't feel any
trouble at all, in fact it was a fun point in the journey.

 Can = because it is using past tense we have to change the verb and modal also. As
like can in paragraph one it must be could
 Mumbled, it means in bahasa "berkomat-kamit". It is not available if the writer want
to say "berkata dalam hatiku" Maybe the best one is "my heart said, or I silently said”
 Mumble is a synonym of mutter.
As verbs the difference between mumble and mutter is that mumble is (intransitive) to
speak unintelligibly or inaudibly; to fail to articulate while mutter is to utter words,
especially complaints or angry expressions, indistinctly or with a low voice and lips
partly closed; to say under one's breath.
As nouns the difference between mumble and mutter is that mumble is a quiet or
unintelligible vocalization while mutter is a repressed or obscure utterance; an
instance of muttering. So choose the which one that correlate with the original
meaning.
 I am in past tense is “I was”
 Today's lesson didn't feel too heavy for me.
It means the writer using simpel present tense. So the best one if the writer wanna
write by using past tense is the lesson of that day or on that day's lesson. Because past
of "today" Is "on that day "
