Step1: Open Matlab Simulink.

Step2: Type “guide” in command console

Setep3: Select Blank from screen and press ok

Step4: Drag and drop components from side panel and complete GUI
Step5: Save project from file menu -> Save As

Step6: Now code will be opened, you can code/ add functionality which you want.
