Upcoming IPO 2021

An initial public offering (IPO) is the process of a private

company offering shares to the public. This allows a company
to raise money (or capital) from public investors.

It also allows public investors to take part in the offering. The IPO
provides the company with an opportunity to grow and expand.

IPOs can offer exciting investment opportunities - it’s often the first
chance to invest in a major, global brand. But they often happen very
quickly, with little notice. Sometimes investors only have a week or two
to take part.

Here we have created a informative report on the upcoming SpaceX

Starlink IPO, which have strong potential to file for IPO very soon,
corporations that should definitely be on your stock buying radar.

We hope this investor report has provided a good insight into SpaceX
and its upcoming IPO, a solid opportunity for investment.

Good luck with your investing!

Yours faithfully,

Mr. Julian Edelmann

Future Investment In The SpaceX Project Starlink?

Although staying on top of the increasingly changing

climate is challenging right now; collectively, we find more
opportunities to buy shares than sell at the current levels.

Right now, our investment analysts believe that Elon Musk'

SpaceX and its forthcoming IPO is an investment you should
be highly considering right now.

SpaceX is a privately-funded manufacturer of rockets and Funding for SpaceX originally came from Musk, who

known as Space Exploration Technologies Corporation. to fund the project. Later on, it received funding from

is to revolutionize space technology, with the ultimate invested USD 1 billion in January 2015 for a stake of
goal of enabling humans to live on other planets. just under 10 per cent.

Over the past decade, SpaceX has achieved multiple firsts: it was the first private corporation to send a space-faring
craft into Earth's orbit, the first to launch a satellite into orbit and then successfully land the rocket back to Earth
(something NASA has struggled to accomplish for decades), first to land its Falcon 9 rocket on a sea-based landing
pad (something NASA hasn't even attempted to do), first to re-launch already used rockets, and the first corporation
to present an actual working masterplan to colonize Mars.

As one of the world's fastest-growing providers of space launch services, SpaceX has added over 100 missions to its
manifest, representing more than USD 12 billion on contract. These include commercial satellite launches as well
as multiple missions for the US government.

In 2008, NASA awarded SpaceX a USD 1.6 billion contract to transport cargo to the International Space Station (ISS).
In May 2012, its Dragon spacecraft reached the ISS, which was the first-time private corporation-built craft had
achieved this. In September 2014, NASA awarded SpaceX a USD 2.6 billion contract to transport NASA astronauts
into space. Much to the benefit of SpaceX, NASA is increasingly dependent on using private companies to complete
their missions.

A significant innovation is the company's booster rockets, which are reusable and can be flown as many as ten times.
The company's Falcon 9 spacecraft costs USD 62 million to book, while a Falcon Heavy mission will cost USD 90
million.

SpaceX Spin-off Project

Musk's company has launched 18 missions so far in 2020,

with the company capturing the majority of the global
satellite launch market in recent years.

Additionally, SpaceX has steadily pushed the boundaries of

reusing rockets, most notably by landing the booster that
makes up the largest and most expensive part. To date,
SpaceX has landed 55 rocket boosters and flown them again
40 times.

SpaceX has passed a number of milestones in recent years, including returning its first NASA astronauts from space
successfully, winning hundreds of millions of dollars in Pentagon contracts, launching hundreds more Starlink
satellites to orbit to build its global internet network, and conducting two test flights of its next-generation Starship
rocket.

The company also in August sought $2.1 billion in a new round of equity funding, which valued SpaceX at near $44
billion. Starlink is SpaceX's plan to build an interconnected network of around 12,000 small satellites, which will
deliver high-speed broadband internet for the masses anywhere in the world.

Starlink is a venture for which SpaceX has been steadily collecting capital, and will potentially cost the company
over USD 10 billion to build the satellite network. SpaceX raised over USD 1.3 billion in new funding last year, with
recent investor Ontario Teachers taking notice of Starlink's future growth potential prospects.

If SpaceX can solve the technological challenges of building and distributing this service, the company's potential
demand and revenue are undoubtedly promising. Elon Musk, CEO of SpaceX, in May, told reporters that Starlink
could achieve a yearly revenue around USD 30 billion or about ten times the highest annual revenue it projected
from its core rocket business.

Standard fibre optic cables that transmit information worldwide use electronic signals which are then converted
into light. The light waves continuously reflect along the walls of the fibre optic cables whose interior is composed
of glass. Upon analysis of these means of transmitting information, the main drawback that is limiting the speed of
these cables and the transmission of data is the medium by which the light must pass through. Space is a vacuum,
which means that when light is transmitted through space, its speed is constant.

In other words, if the existing method transmitting data worldwide using light were transferred into space, the
efficiency of this service would improve exponentially. In fact, light travels 47 per cent slower in glass in comparison
to in a vacuum such as space.

Starlink Today

So far, SpaceX has already launched around 800 satellites

within the Starlink constellation, and the company plans
an aggressive pace of launches in 2021. SpaceX has said it
requires 400 Starlink satellites to achieve "minor" broadband
internet coverage and 800 to reach "moderate" coverage.

Based on a recent filing with the International Telecommunication

Union, the corporation eventually plans to launch more than 40,000
satellites to provide space-based internet access.

Starlink has already gained interest from the government. SpaceX has continued to build out its network of

In Australia, filings for four ground stations have been made, along with two in New Zealand and a couple more
in France. Other countries with SpaceX affiliates are Austria, Chile, Colombia, Japan, Mexico, The Netherlands,
Norway, South Africa, and the United Kingdom.

The highly possible SpaceX IPO comes as founder Elon Musk's Tesla (TSLA) stock recently hit a record high. Musk
has previously maintained that a SpaceX IPO will not happen until after it begins regular missions to Mars. But he
has also said that capital from Starlink would help launch the Mars missions.

Starlink could be a stable and sizable source of cash flow for SpaceX to tap to fund its expensive research and space
exploration projects. Starlink revenue will likely play an important role in valuing SpaceX if and when the company
decides to go public.

The forward-thinking attitude of Elon Musk and his company about the commercialization of the final frontier is
largely responsible for the increase in enthusiasm to invest in the campaign.

Initial Public Offering

IPOs (Initial Public Offerings) offer an exciting opportunity

for investors. You could be among the first to own shares in a
major global brand and secure a significant yield.

An IPO (commonly called a flotation or new issue) is where the owner

of a company lists shares on a stock exchange. This cash is typically
used to finance the growth of the company, but occasionally is simply
returned to the owners. It is the first opportunity private investors have
of investing in a company before the shares trade on the stock market.

At this point, we will normally notify investors by email who are signed
up for our IPO alerts allowing them to register their interest.

Registering your interest does not commit you to applying for the IPO.
We will simply keep you informed as more information is released.

Investors will need to act quickly if they want to apply. The Offer Period
is usually open for a few days, but can close early without prior notice
at the discretion of the company. IPOs will normaly only close due to
high demand.
