Executive Summary
Cafe ala Felicidad is a corporation that sells delicious coffee and tea, it also offers books and
internet. It has a mini library that has an academic books, fictional and books for children that
are free to read by customers. The Internet will be charge in the number of hours the
customers using it and it will be recorded in the main computer of the coffee shop. Customers
can stay there anytime.

The ideal customers of Cafe ala Felicidad are Teachers, students, book lovers and a group of
friends that are located here or besides Padre Garcia, Batangas. Teachers and students who
have many requirements such as research, lesson plans, reports that need an internet and
books can go there to use it and they can also buy hot coffee or tea to release some stress.

Cafe ala Felicidad helps people to socialize and to find the real happiness by drinking hot coffee
and tea, and reading books. The word "FELICIDAD" is a Spanish word which means "Happiness"
because we believe that this internet cafe will make a big happiness in your heart.

Given that the internet will be charge by the number of hours the customers will use it, it can
lessen if the customer buys more coffee or tea. The more coffee they will buy, the less internet
they will books. Coffee and tea will be price by its flavour and size, with volume discount of
larger orders. Cafe ala felicidad will promote its products through a mix of industry trade shows,
partnerships with established cafe business and digital advertising.

This business is formed by the chosen students (Group 1) of Grade 11 ABM Felicity in Padre
Garcia National High School, who are business minded and have extensive experience in doing
stressful works that need an internet.

Background Information
Group 1, grade 11 ABM students of PGNHS had some stressful school works as a
requirements to pass. They had a good idea to release some stress and to lessen the expenses
they are needed for the internet to finish the requirements. They formed a business plan that is
an internet cafe that will surely help not only them but those students and teachers who fell as
what they fell.

Business Objectives
Group 1 will have Cafe ala Felicidad that will launch at the Big Important Cafe Expo in
Poblacion, Padre Garcia, Batangas. After 2 years in business, they aim to drive 1 million in
annual revenue of Cafe ala Felicidad Internet Cafe and have expanded into one new franchise
of the business.

TEAM
Group 1 are corporation full-time employee of Cafe Ala Felicidad that hire good, joyful and
industrious contractors to work hard for the business that can make it lasts. Notably Cafe ala
Felicidad has a standing contract for 6 hours a day of work.

Cafe ala Felicidad will rely on three main promotional strategies. Given students and teachers have a
large number in Padre Garcia, More customers will go there. Additionally, This coffee shop is the only

Rosario, Tiaong and San Antonio Quezon that has a large number of population.

Once a customer order dessert, hot and cold drinks, it takes only 5-10 minutes to serve to them.
In connecting the internet, it only takes a minute. Hot and cold drinks are priced based on their sizes and
flavours. While the desserts are priced based on its kind and size.

also need coffee makers for the coffee, blender, tea maker and a refrigerator for the desserts.
