    1. (a) Change the following sentences from active

    (b) Fill in the blanks with the correct forms of

    goods have not yet reached you. Write a letter to
    the publisher informing him about the
    non-receipt of books. 10

    (b) What is a memo ? Describe ways to write an


    effective memo.

    Discuss in brief the problems and prospects of
