1. Safety Instructions:

Please keep this User Guide for future consultation. If you sell the unit to another user,
be sure that they also receive this instruction manual.
Important: Damages caused by the disregard of this user manual are not subject to
warranty. The dealer will not accept liability for any resulting defects or problems.
Unpack and check carefully that there is no transportation damage before using the
unit.
The unit is for indoor use only. Use only in a dry location.
Do install and operate by qualified operator.
Do not allow children to operate the fixture.
Use safety chain when fixing the unit. Handle the unit by carrying its base instead of
head only.
The unit must be installed in a location with adequate ventilation, at least 50cm from
adjacent surfaces.
Be sure that no ventilation slots are blocked, otherwise the unit will be overheated.
Before operating, ensure that the voltage and frequency of power supply match the
power requirements of the unit.
It’s important to ground the yellow/green conductor to earth in order to avoid electric
shock.
Maximum ambient temperature TA: 40℃. Do not operate it when the temperature is
higher.
Do not connect the device to any dimmer pack.
During initial start-up some smoke or smell may arise. This is a normal process and
does not necessarily mean that the device is defective, and it will decrease gradually
within 15 minutes.
Make sure there are no flammable materials close to the unit while operating to avoid
fire hazard.
Cautions
To prevent or reduce the risk of electrical shock or fire, do not expose the unit to rain
or moisture.
Hot lamp explosion hazard. Do not open the unit within 15 minutes after switching off.
Do replace the bulb once it is damaged, deformed or life-expired.
Do not look directly at the light while the bulb is on.
Never touch bulb with bare fingers, as it is very hot after using.
Do not start on the unit without bulb enclosure or when housing is damaged.

2. Installations:
1. Bolt each clamp
(1) to the Omega holder with screw and lock nut through the hole in the holder.
2. Fasten the omega holders
(2) On the bottom of the base by inserting quick-lock fasteners
(3)Into the holes of the base and tighten fully clockwise.
3. Hang the fixture to the support
(4)Through clamp and fasten the screws;(5) Fasten the safety cable;(6)Through the
bottom of the base and over the support

Unpacking the fixture (for flight case pack only):1. Stop the flight case via the brake
sheet above the wheels;2. Unlock the lock modules and open the cover board;3. Prop
the cover board with lid bracket;4. Take out the fixture;5. Unlock the lock module take
out omega clamps.
Attentions:Ensure that the structure to which you are attaching the unit is secure and
is able to support a weight of 10 times of the unit’s weight without any harming
deformation.

5.Key description
"Left", "right" key function is the same:
Return to the previous interface "up", "down" key:
Select, edit the "OK" key (ie "OK" key):
Execute the function, start editing, and exit editing
The following to "modify the DMX address code" as an example, about the use of keys:
1, if the current is not the main interface, press the "left" button (one or more times)
to return to the main interface
2, in the main interface, press the "up" or "down" button to select "set" button
3, press the "OK" button, enter the "Settings" interface
4, in the "Settings" interface, press the "up" or "down" key to select "DMX address"
5. Press "OK" to enter the editing state
6, press the "up" or "down" key to modify the DMX address code
7. Press "OK" to exit the editing status
If you are using a touch screen, the process is more convenient:
1, in the main interface, touch the "Settings" button, enter the "Settings" interface
2, with the previous steps 4 to 7 the same (both physical keys can also be used to
touch the button), not repeat them.

6.About the light bulb

There is a high pressure inside the bulb, the risk of rupture when running, the light
emitted by the bulb is harmful to the eyes and skin. Do not look directly when the
lamp is running.
1. To protect the fixture, turn off the lamp, turn off the lamp, run it for at least 5
minutes before disconnecting the power.

2. Do not touch the lamp in hand, once touched by hand, use alcohol scrub, and then
wipe with soft linen.
3. When the lamp is on, the lamp is running under high pressure. Therefore, there is a
risk of rupture. The degree of danger is related to the length of use, temperature and
unreasonable operation. Therefore, please do not use a lamp that exceeds the service
life.
4. Make sure the lamp is installed in the center to ensure the best results.

7. Set up the machine

Each time you turn on the machine, the fixture will run the built-in program to
self-test and adjust the motor to its initial position, the display will be shown in Figure
4, you may hear about 20 seconds noisy sound, if the self-test process Error, it will
display a warning icon, hold down the ENTER button for 5 seconds to view the error
message, after the completion of the self-test, the lamp ready to receive DMX signal.

8.Error Message
Start the lamp failed
No light bulbs installed or some wires are damaged.
Temperature detection board error
The temperature detection board may be damaged
The lamp is overheated and the power is off
Check that the temperature is above 110 ° C. Check that the machine is well ventilated
and that the fan or temperature control board is damaged
The lamp is overheated and operates in a low power state
When the detection temperature is higher than 105 ° C, the machine will operate at
low power
Lighting maintenance
The remaining time for lamp maintenance is 0, please enter the menu mode and reset
the remaining time
Lights up more than 700 hours
If the lamp is working for more than 700 hours, please turn off the lamp

9.DMX512 Connection

①In order to reduce signal errors and avoid signal weakening and interference
during transmission, a 120OHM 1/4W resistor can be added between the 2-pin and
3-pin of the DMX output end of the last machine; ②Connect the lamp with an XLR
signal line, one end Connect to the output port of the lamp, and the other end to the
input port of the next lamp. The XLR signal line can only be used in series, not in
parallel. The DMX512 signal transmission speed is very fast, the signal line is
damaged, the welding place is not strong, and the contact is not good. etc., will affect
the signal transmission and cause the system to shut down; ③ When the machine
power supply of a unit is cut off, the connection between the DMX output and the input
is bypassed, so as to maintain the connection of the DMX line 23A; ④ Each lamp must
have an address It can receive the information from the console, and the range is
between 0 and 511 (usually 0&1 and 1 are the same); ⑤ The terminal of the DMX512
system needs to be equipped with an amplifier to reduce errors in signal transmission;
⑥ The 3-pin XLR connector is more efficient than the 5-pin XLR To be more general:
3-pin XLR: PIN 1: GND, PIN 2: negative signal, PIN 3: positive signal. 5-pin XLR: PIN 1:
GND, PIN 2: Negative signal, PIN 3: Positive signal, PIN4/PIN5: Not used

10.Troubleshooting

The following are some common problems during operation, with some suggestions
for troubleshooting: A. The lamp does not work, there is no light, and the fan does not
turn: 1. Check the power contact and whether the fuse is in good condition. 2. Check
the voltage. 3. Check the indicator light of the power switch. B. Not controlled by the
console: 1. The DMX indicator must be on, if not, check the DMX signal connector and
signal cable to see if the connection is correct. 2. If the DMX indicator is on, but there is
no response to the channel control, check whether the address code is set correctly. 3.
If the DMX signal transmission is intermittent, check whether the XLR socket and the
signal cable are well connected. 4. Try it with another controller. 5. Check whether the
distance between the DMX signal line and the high-voltage line is too close, which will
damage or interfere with the signal circuit. C. A certain channel fails: 1. The stepper
motor or the motor leads may be damaged; 2. The drive circuit of the motor may be
damaged. D. The light bulb is good and bad: 1. The light bulb cannot be lit normally,
check whether the voltage is too high or too low. 2. The internal temperature may be
too high, if necessary, replace the cooling fan. E. The vertical timing belt is damaged: 1.
Turn off the power; 2. Unscrew the screw A and open the right arm cover B; 3. Loosen
the screw C that fixes the bridge frame; 4. Change a new timing belt E, adjust the

timing belt, pay attention to : The belt should not be too tight to avoid breakage; 5.
Tighten all the screws.

11. Maintain and Cleanning

A. As shown in the figure, the colors of the lines are yellow. Please change them in
time.
B. Be sure to keep the machine every 2 months and make sure that the parts shown
above are screws, terminals, locking, and no loosening. To ensure the use of
performance, neglect of maintenance, may lead to machine failure.
clean:
The lens inside and outside the mirror must always wipe, so you can make the lighting
effect better, wipe frequency depending on the environment may be, wet, smoke,
especially dirty environment easy to make the lens dust.
* Use soft linen and special glass scrubbing agent.
* Carefully dry the parts.
* Wipe the outside of the lens at least every 20 days, rub at least every 30 days.
