I had a word with Mr. Pratik Kaneriya regarding B2B marketing how it actually
functions in firms. He is working in Univia International Business as Assistant Business
Manager. He works in marketing department. Company is known for building business
solutions and consultation, also company hold higher shares in India for providing business
solutions to multiple organization. He has a good exposure of marketing as well he is dealing
with all IT-company across India. He was handling Mumbai cluster few years back now
managing complete India for his company.
When we were having discussion I found he was very humble, clear, calm with
everybody around him and had a good idea what he is doing. When we were discussing why
it is happening he also had logical reasons already why it is happening and future events
that he prepared in his mind. And still he wants to know the thing that seems to be new for
him. He is using GAP Analysis tools, CMMI model more oftenly.
So I believe the secrete that I found was always humble with yourself know the crux
of everything where you are working.
