From my point of view, I totally agree with the statement that eating healthy food
is better than doing exercise. Eating healthy food will directly affect to your health
and digestive system.

For the first reason, healthy foods help you enhance physical health, mental health
and avoid diseases. For example, if you consume a lot of food that has vitamin C,
A, or D, you can, develop strong health resistant, against being under the weather,
Corona virus and so on.

For the second reason, although regular exercise helps you have beautiful figures,
consuming healthy food can also do that. You can choose some good nutrients for
your body, such as fruits, vegetable, low fats, high protein and avoid junk food,
high calories water. That makes your body get more energy. Furthermore, you
have beautiful skin.

For the last reason, I think that you cannot do regular exercise without eating. You
can get diseases or not live for a long time. You don’t exercise in one week, one
year that is not problem, but you don’t eat is big matter.

In conclusion, I always keep my point that eating healthy food is better than doing
exercise by three reasons I mentioned above.

From my perspective, I agree with the statement that eating healthy food is better
than doing exercise.
Firstly, a meal with full of nutrients CAN help us recharge your battery AS
WELL AS increase YOUR resistance to develop both mental health and physical
health.
Secondly, eating healthy foods can help you avoid problems like obesity, diabetes,
and wrinkles while maintaining a young appearance. Even if you exercise, BUT
you eat foods HIGH in fat and sugar, you may develop serious diseases.

ThirdLY, exercise is just one method help us have a flexible, toned body. It
CAN’T REPLACE THE BENEFITS FOR eating healthy food. FOR Example, you
MAY NOT DO exercise in some weeks, but you can’t eat without nutrients for a
long time. Because it will make you reduce resistance, get exhausted and lose your
concentration on your working and learning.
In short, do exercise and eating healthy food are both important. But eating healthy
food is still the most important thing.

I think that eating healthy food is better than doing exercise because three reasons
below.

Firstly, eating healthy food will help us to avoid to input the high calories food .

Secondly, eating healthy food doesn't mean just eating good foods that helping us
to control the input calories.

The third reason is that we need to control the input calories by eating healthy
food, In particular, exercise only helps us to reduce the calories redundancy and
reduce fat, so exercise will depend on input calories from eating healthy food.

For example, if we eat a lot of healthy foods and don't control calories, we cannot
control calories in the exercise. Therefore, eating healthy food is better than doing
exercise.
