INSTRUCTION TO THE CANDIDATES :

अ यिथय को िनदश :

1. The minimum percentage of marks in Graduation for Admission in PG courses

should be :

1. Honours in Concerned Subject 45% (in honours)

2. Concerned Subject as Subsidiary subject 55% (in Concerned Subject)
3. Allied Subject 55% (in Allied Subject)

पीजी पा म म नामांकन के िलए ातक म अंक का यूनतम ितशत होना चािहए

1. संबंिधत िवषय म ित ा 45% ( ित ा म)

2. सहायक िवषय के प म संबंिधत िवषय 55% (संबंिधत िवषय म)
3. संब िवषय 55% (संब िवषय म )

2. Online Application Fee - ₹ 750.00 + Bank processing fee per subject.

If a candidate decides to apply for more than one subject, he will be required
to make fresh application each time and pay the Online Application Fee
separately for each subject applied for. This is not the Admission Fee. It is only
Online Application Fee. Admission Fee will be charged at the time of
admission. Online Application fee is non-refundable.

नए िसरे से आवेदन करना होगा और आवेदन कये गए येक िवषय के िलए अलग से
आवेदन शु क का भुगतान करना होगा । यह नामांकन शु क (एडिमशन फ स) नह है । यह
के वल ऑनलाइन आवेदन शु क है। नामांकन के समय नामांकन शु क िलया जायेगा ।
ऑनलाइन आवेदन शु क वापस नह होगा ।

3. Before proceeding to Online Application, keep ready scanned copy of your

Passport size Photograph, Signature (both should be between 20 kb and 50
kb) and Graduation Marks sheet, Caste Certificate/ Reservation Category
Certificate and Special quota Certificate (if applicable) (Size Should be
between 100 kb and 250 kb). The scanned Certificates/ Documents should be
in JPEG format only. Signature should be done with black ink ball point pen
only.

ऑनलाइन आवेदन से पहले अपना पासपोट साइज़ फोटो ाफ, ह ता र (दोन का साइज़
20 के बी से 50 के बी तक) एवं ातक क अंकप (माकशीट), जाित माणप /आरि त
को ट माणप और िवशेष कोटा माणप (य द लागू हो) (साइज़ 100 के बी से 250 के बी
तक) क कै न कॉपी तैयार रख । कै न कये गए माणप JPEG ा प म होने चािहए ।
ह ता र के वल काली याही के बॉल पॉइं ट पेन से ही कये जाने चािहए ।

4. For online application candidates are required to visit the website

http://www.lnmu.ac.in or http://www.govexams.com/lnmu/lhome.aspx .

ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने के िलए उ मीदवार को वेबसाइट http://www.lnmu.ac.in

अथवा http://www.govexams.com/lnmu/lhome.aspx पर जाना आव यक है ।

5. At First Applicants shall have to create the user account by clicking on the
“New Application for P.G. Admission-2021” link.

सव थम आवेदक अपना अकाउं ट बनायगे। इस हेतु आवेदक को “New Application for

P.G. Admission-2021” लक पर ि लक करके अकाउं ट बनाना होगा।

6. Applicant shall enter his/her name exactly as mentioned in Graduation

Certificate. Applicant will choose his subject interest as per rules (see attached
rules). Those who do not have a valid email-id must create an email-id before
creating new account. The applicant must also ensure that the email-id and
password is kept handy and safe and functional for all the future
correspondence/ reference regarding admission process.

आवेदक िनयमानुसार अपनी इि छत िवषय का चयन करेगा (संल िनयम देख)। िजनके
पास वैध ईमेल आईडी नह है, उ ह नया खाता बनाने से पहले ईमेल आईडी बनाना होगा ।
आवेदक को यह भी सुिनि त करना होगा क ईमेल आईडी और पासवड नामांकन कया
से संबंिधत भिव य के सभी प ाचार/स दभ के िलये सुरि त रहे।

7. After the creation of user Account the applicant shall login using Login ID and
password received on mobile/email. Candidates will verify the Basics Details
displayed on the web page and click on “Proceed to Application”. It will open
the Application Page.

आवेदक को अकाउं ट के िनमाण के बाद मोबाइल/ईमेल पर ा लॉिगन आईडी और

पासवड का उपयोग करके लॉिगन करना होगा। उ मीदवार वेब पेज पर द शत मूल
िववरण का स यापन करगे और “Proceed to Application” पर ि लक करगे। इससे
“आवेदन” पृ खुल जायेगा ।

8. Under the “Application” Page, all fields marked by an asterisk (*) are
mandatory.

“आवेदन” पृ के तहत तारां कत (*) सभी फ ड को भरना अिनवाय है ।

9. The entire online application process has been divided into five tabs
(sections/pages) and applicant needs to enter details in each of them
carefully.

10. Applicants will complete the Personal Information with utmost care as
information like reserved category cannot be changed at further stage of
Admission Process.

आवेदक ि गत जानकारी को अ यंत सावधानी से पूण करगे य क नामांकन या के

आगे के चरण म आरि त को ट/ ेणी जैसी जानकारी को बदला नह जा सके गा ।

11. Next, Applicants will enter their Graduation, Graduation Subject and Marks
details. Thereafter 03 Options from P.G. teaching Colleges and University
Departments as per their choice have to be exercised.
इसके बाद, आवेदक अपने ातक, ातक िवषय और अंक िववरण दज करगे। त प ात
ातको र िश ण महािव ालय और िव िव ालय िवभाग म से अपनी पसंद के
अनुसार 03 िवक प का चयन करगे ।

12. Upload the Passport size Photograph, Signature, Graduation Marks sheet,
Caste Certificate/ Reservation Category Certificate and Special quota
Certificate.

जहां आव यक हो वहाँ पर पासपोट साइज़ फोटो ाफ, ह ता र, ातक क अंकप

(माकशीट), जाित माणप /आरि त को ट माणप और िवशेष कोटा माणप क
कै न कॉपी अपलोड कर ।

13. If satisfied with the details in the preview of the filled online application, tick
out the Check Box “I hereby Declare that all inputs in the application are
true, complete and correct to the best of my knowledge” and Proceed to
Payment.

य द भरे ए ऑनलाइन आवेदन के पूवावलोकन म िववरण से संतु ह, तो चेक बॉ स - "म

एतद् ारा घोिषत करता ं क आवेदन म सभी इनपुट मेरी जानकारी के अनुसार स य,
पूण और सही ह और भुगतान चयन या म चले जाते ह।" पर टक कर और भुगतान के
िलए आगे बढ़ ।

14. After successful payment, applicants will download and print two copies of
the completed Application – one to be used at the time of admission, and
another to be kept safely by the candidate for future reference.

सफल भुगतान के बाद आवेदक पूण कये गए आवेदन को डाउनलोड करके दो ितय
म ट करगे - एक नामांकन के समय उपयोग करने हेतु और दूसरा आवेदक ारा
आगामी संदभ के िलए सुरि त रखा जाएगा।

15. List of Document required at the time of Admission :

1. Mark sheet of qualifying (Bachelor degree) exam
2. Admit card of qualifying (Bachelor degree) exam
3. CLC and Character Certificate from the institution last attended.
4. Reservation Category Certificate (in Father’s Name) and Domicile
Certificate of the applicant, wherever applicable issued by the competent
authority.
5. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate where ever applicable (in the name of the
Applicant) issued by competent authority.
6. Income and Asset Certificate for Economically Weaker Section (EWS).
7. Migration Certificate from University wherever applicable.
8. Four Passport size self-attested Photographs.
9. Any other Document required by the University/College.

16. Reservation Rules of the State Governmant will be stricly followed in the
admission process. to avail the facility of reservation in any category, it is
essential to submit relevant certificate at the time of admission.
