    1. BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK
    Calibration or testing to be done and certificates shall be provided as per standards for the NABL approved and rest without NABL.
    2. OUR SCOPE
    Measuring, testing instruments, blade tools shall be sent to you at your works for calibration by us.

    Any spares and repair of the instruments.

    As per site schedule
    5. TERMS OF PAYMENT
    100% within 15 days from the date of completion of work and submission of invoice

    The Courier/Transport charges shall be paid extra as applicable
    8. TDS
    TDS shall be deducted as applicable.

    works/services as per the agreed delivery time lines given in this order.
