MCT-MST Formative Report Form 2021-2022-First
The MST (Mentor School Teacher) and the MCT (Mentor College Teacher) will use this form to formally observe
the trainee’s performance and to give formative feedback based on the selected teaching competencies.
Professional Dispositions
Strengths:
Shamma was very committed and fully aware of the teacher's duties, and she attended all school’s functions such as,
play time, eating break, school events, and morning assembly she attended all teacher’s planning meetings.
Shamma was always communicating effectively with other members of the school community, teachers and and even
with the administrations.
Strengths:
-Shamma was ready and well prepared for the lesson, from lesson plan, teaching tools, and the teaching resources. She
can Identifies the differentiated learning outcomes for each student.
-Her learning resources are well prepared for the class integrated lessons.
Strengths:
Shamma prepares all learning resources in advance.
She demonstrates appropriate behaviour at the beginning of the lesson to make sure that the student remember the
classroom’s rules and how it is important to follow it.
Implementing Learning
Strengths:
Shamma is using many different learning methods and considers the needs of students (students different learning style)
She excellent in communicating with the students, she uses friendly language and body language (make eye contact, and
smile.

Strengths:
Shamma asked some questions during the circle time and asking question technique is good way to check the student's
understanding.
• she has the ability to give clear feedback for the students during the cercle time and during the group’s activity and
even in centre time.
Reflection
Strengths:
Shamma was able to reflect on her own lesson plans and mistakes, practice for improvements in different areas for the
next lesson.
She can accept all comments that are giving to her and she is able to improve them
