My current performing duties include but are not limited to an overall responsibility of Planning, Estimating,
monitoring, and control for the construction of the works at the Bopet Film Unit.
Working closely with the managers and the execution team to plan the project, monitor and control the
plan and implement the improvements accordingly.
Preparation of detailed Bill of Quantities of the project for the tender, submission of tender.
Different documentation related to contracts and agreements between the parties.
Provide project schedule, material requirement plans, and drawings requirement plan and coordinate with
the client representatives for these plans.
Communicating with the client representatives for the delivery of Client Provided Materials and other
issues occurring at the site for the start of work.
Assigning duties to site team and keeping track of their works.
Communication with the consultant for the drawing of the project, reviewing the drawings, and aligning
for the corrections and approvals.

Escalate issues and troubleshooting to the Project Manager to ensure actions are taken according to set
standards and identify critical issues to discuss cost recovery plans
Marking of building layouts for structural elements and block work in the building.
Execution of works as per the drawing according to the contractual schedules.
Working closely with the project manager and planning team to execute the work.
Preparation of shop drawings for the solution of onsite faced problems, submission to the client getting the
work approval and resolution of them.
Vetting of sub-contractor invoices for the executed works.
Guiding the supervisors and surveyors for the execution of different works and supervising their works for
controlling the quality of the work along with maintaining the time frame.
Interacting with client representative for the solution of bottlenecks in the smooth running of the project to
ensure the timelines
Preparation of Investigation Reports, coordinating with client representative for the inspection of works
and verification of reports.
