Payment Options
1. You can pay your bill by cash / cheque /DD /Pay Order up to Rs 4000/- and for amount more than Rs 4000/- by cheque /DD/Pay Order.
2. According to DERC's recent tariff order, it is mandatory for all consumers (except Domestic, Agriculture & Mushroom Cultivation) to pay their monthly electricity
bills exceeding Rs 20,000/- through digital modes w.e.f October 1, 2021*

4. Bill payment counters are open from 0900 hrs. to 1500 hrs. from Monday to Saturday.
5. Bill payment upto Rs 50,000/- can be paid in cash at Bank branches of PNB and Bank of Baroda.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Your kind attention is invited to the aforementioned DERC regulation. As per the provisions contained in the DERC regulation, your sanctioned load is required to be
revised, based upon average of maximum demand* readings recorded as per billing cycle covering any four consecutive calendar months in the previous financial
year against the aforementioned CA No. during the period 01.04.2021 to 31.03.2022. The security amount and all other charges also needs to be revised correspondingly.

Maximum demand recorded during four consecutive months in FY 2021-22, are mentioned here under-

1.) 7.03 kW during the billing period of 24-MAY-2021 To 22-JUN-2021

2.) 7.28 kW during the billing period of 23-JUN-2021 To 23-JUL-2021
3.) 7.15 kW during the billing period of 24-JUL-2021 To 18-AUG-2021
4.) 5.91 kW during the billing period of 19-AUG-2021 To 18-SEP-2021

Average of maximum demand readings recorded as per billing cycle covering above four consecutive calendar months rounded off to the lower integer
comes to 6 kW, whereas your existing sanctioned load/contract demand is 4 kW .Thus, your sanctioned load/contract demand is
required to be increased to 6 kW.

Based on the load revision, an additional security deposit of Rs 2400.00 is to be paid by you. This amount will be debited to your July month
electricity bill under head - Other charges. The sanctioned load will be increased w.e.f 01.07.2022.

Your sanctioned load / contract demand has been revised as per DERC Regulation and the agreement signed between you and BRPL also to be
considered as revised accordingly. In case of any disagreement please revert within 30 days otherwise load and agreement will be considered as
accepted by you.

As the revised sanctioned load is getting enhanced from the existing load band of 0-5 kW to a higher load band of 6-10 kW ,your service
line may also need to be replaced. Final decision shall be taken after a site visit and shall be intimated to you. As per our records, existing Service
line cum Development Charges (SLD) deposited with us is Rs 3000.00. In case your service line is replaced, you will need to pay differential SLD
Charges amounting to Rs. 500.00 which will be debited to your subsequent bill.

You are also requested to obtain a fresh load test report as per the revised sanctioned load, to be produce on demand. For any further clarification please
