The Problem
Over 50% of Indian youth are not on track to have
the education and skills necessary for
employment in 2030*.
Integrating 21st-century skills with a blend of
workforce readiness, soft skills, technical skills, and
entrepreneurship is an urgent need to help the
youth adapt and participate in the changing
landscape. But this by itself is not enough.

ecosystem that we work with to help them grow into -
happy, independent and responsible contributing
members of society
Started in 2014 by Himanshu Goenka, it has grown in the last six years to
expand its footprint in the development sector across Mumbai, Delhi,
Kolhapur and Bangalore.
Flagship programs:
• Project KEYtaab works with children which focuses on holistic
development of children and comprises of social emotional learning,
academic support, and mental health
• Project Saarthi works with youth on career development, job readiness,
skill building and entrepreneurship.

Project KeyTaab
We work on three aspects:
• Academics by emphasizing on experiential learning
• Social Emotional Learning inculcating life skills and
personal ethics
• Maintaining and remedying mental wellbeing of the
child
6
In collaboration with MOOL (social enterprise) we
conduct Art Workshops with children, either in
institutional or community setting. Post workshop,
the team at MOOL selects a few designs to print
on their clothing products, the artists (children) of
those designs are awarded an one year
scholarship to support their education under our
Project KEYtaab.
8
Project Partnership
We partner with organisations that are working with children in
communities and as childcare institutions. Through the partnership we
extend our assistance in strengthening academics through additional
support, inculcate social-emotional learning and take preventive and
remedying efforts towards the mental wellbeing of each child
9
Power of collective effort
• More manpower to work with the children and
create a measurable impact
