Upon purchase of the iPhone under the financing scheme, the device will be automatically
enrolled for this program basis the new iPhone IMEI and last 4 digits of customer’s mobile
number entered in Pine Labs POS.
The 24-month EMI with Deferred Payment Facility on your ICICI Bank Credit Card is
independent of the registration for Assured Buy Back/Trade-in facility on the Servify
app/portal, and subject to Terms and Conditions of ICICI Bank.
5. When can I exercise my buy back option i.e. sell my original device for assured value?
a. Within the plan term, if you wish to upgrade to the new iPhone by redeeming the buy back
value as per the benefits offered by the plan, you must visit the nearest Apple authorized
reseller store. Also, you can initiate redemption directly with Servify and a logistics agent will
visit you to pick your registered device.
b. The reseller shall initiate buy back process by downloading the Servify app on the iPhone
and follow the instructions provided in the Servify app to complete the quality check ("QC")
procedure and provide all the details asked in the process.
c. Subject to you providing required details and subject to the iPhone passing the quality
check (“QC”) specifications as listed below under “QC specifications”, the buy back request
shall be approved. Please note, an online quality/diagnostic check will be conducted while
raising a buy back request. No test shall be skipped by you, if skipped Servify may deny the
benefits. If the iPhone does not pass the QC test, you shall not be eligible to avail the buy back

d. After the device diagnostics and QC is completed the final buy back value is shown. If the
buy back value is acceptable, you will hand over the iPhone and other accessories to the

6. Redemption Terms and Conditions – Assured Buyback Plan from Servify
a. The iPhone shall be used by the customer on an ‘as is’ basis and shall not be tampered
with, including but not limited to, by way of rooting attempts, reverse engineering,
unlocking or jailbreaking of the Product or original firmware(s) or software(s) of the

b. The iPhone must be switching ON and remains in the ON-condition for a minimum of 10
minutes without being connected to a charger
c. iPhone must not have any un-authorized modifications as per AppleCare norms

 Maximum Cashback to be credited is Rs 4,000

 The offer is valid on 3,6,9,12 EMI on selected banks ICICI Credit & Debit cards on
selected categories.
 The Interest for 9 months and 12 months would be borne by the customer on
selected categories for Voltas and Voltas Beko.

 The cashback amount will get printed for eligible cardholders on the charge slip.
 Amount mentioned on the charge slip will be considered as final.

 Cashback posting - The cashback will be credited in 90 days after offer end date
on a best effort basis. Transactions reversed or cancelled will not qualify for
the Cashback. (During these times of lockdown, it may get extended depending
upon Bank to Bank.)
 GST on the Interest Component is not reversed.
 Offer is applicable for a limited period and will be valid as per the discretion of
the brand.
 As per RBI Guidelines interest will be applicable for EMI transactions as per
charge slip which will be posted back along with the Cash Back amount.
 PF on other bank credit cards and debit cards might be applicable with their sole
discretion. Kindly note that brand has no role in the same and this is between the
credit card holder and their bank
 This offer is valid on all Retail Credit Cards held by individuals.
 This offer is not valid on Corporate Business, Commercial Credit Cards, and NRI
cards.
 All queries with regards to the Offer will be valid/open for escalation only up to
60 days from the posting date – a post which Voltas / Bank is not liable for any
cashback postings.
 For cashback eligibility, the transaction should happen under the Brand EMI
option on Plutus machines only for Pine Labs.
 Offer is also applicable through Paytm Machines on selected banks and cards.
 The offer is also applicable through ShopSe on selected banks and cards.
 The Customer can avail cashback only on 2 transaction per card during the offer
period.
 Models in the cashback can be changed or removed during the offer period.
 **The Definition of MBO’s and Brand Shops’ is as per the brand guidelines and
may change upon time to time.
 Any dealer can be removed or added in the offer at any given point of time
without informing any bank. Kindly note that it is the sole discretion of the brand.
 In case there is more than one offer available simultaneously, no two offers can
be combined by the participant. It shall be entirely at the discretion of the Bank
to consider any exceptions to the above.
 All taxes, duties, levies, or other statutory dues and charges payable in
connection with the benefits accruing under the Offer shall be borne solely by
the Customer. Bank and Voltas will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for
any such taxes, duties, levies, or other statutory dues.
 The Offer is only valid for Offline purchase and is valid only authorized dealers
mapped with the aggregator.
