Finally, Class of 2022, you finished your school in the midst of global crisis. Your normal life was
changed and even more disrupted by the effects of war in the western world. You were mindful of the
stress the new set up of blended learning brought to you. There was fear. But despite of those
challenges, you survived, you are stronger, you conquered fear.
LIVE LIFE INTENTIONALLY. In all aspects of your life be very intentional in what you allow in.
Don’t allow society or your friends to tell you what is important, choose for yourself. Remember, the
first step in crafting the life you want is to get rid of everything you don’t. Never give up on your dreams
– they were given to you so that you could change the world. Your parents must be very proud of your
accomplishment, but better yet is what to come! Live with integrity.
As you leave this institution, I hope that you may find your way – the right direction where your
future holds. Never forget the values of life and the basic of life that your teachers and school have
taught you. This will be your armor in facing the challenges of life. To quote from Jimmy Dean “I cannot
change the direction of the wind, but I can adjust to my sails to always reach my destination.”
Graduates, this past two years hasn’t been easy, but I wanted to offer my congratulations in
behalf of Cumadcad National High School family and my mentor Ms. Evangeline M. Datar who served
this school for almost two years. Your hard work and perseverance should be applauded.
Congratulations also to the parents and family of these graduates who never left their side even at the
most difficult times – you sustain by bringing them back to school.
Congratulations!
