    This memorandum of agreement is between Nicole Morada Martija, Marilag Manlapaz Azubuike, and Edilberto Victoria to equally share commissions from the sale of armor rocks/boulders between a buyer and seller. The commissions will be deposited into a paymaster's account. Any taxes will be deducted from individual shares. The paymaster will then distribute the shares to individual accounts. The sale price is PHP 970 per metric ton for delivery CIF.

    MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

    ON COMMISSION SHARING

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    The Memorandum of Agreement on Commission Sharing is entered between the following:

    Nicole Morada Martija

    Marilag Manlapaz Azubuike

    Edilberto Victoria

    This Memorandum of Agreement on Commission Sharing is being drafted for the purpose of the equal
    sharing between the above names from the Sale Commission of PHP ________________ per metric ton on a
    continuing order between (BUYER) ________________________ and (SELLER) MNCJ TRADING.The said
    commission will be deposited to the Pay Master’s Account:

    PAY MASTER NAME & ACCOUNT NUMBER _____________________________________________

    Any tax to be imposed by the bank and/or the government from the income/commission derived arising
    out of this transaction shall be for the account of the individual agent/intermediary herein mentioned and not
    chargeable against the account of __________________________ as Pay Master.

    __________________________ will then distribute the respective share in individual accounts. The
    nett sale of the Armour rocks/ Boulders is PHP 970.00 per metric ton the delivery mode is CIF.
