MINUTES

1. 1:15 in the afternoon the presiding officer called the session to order.
2. The members stood up at attention for the invocation to led by Brgy. PRESENT
Kagawad Frederich Sibuan.
3. The singing of National Anthem and Hymno San Joaquin
THOMIX SEGUMALIAN
4. (The secretary, upon the instruction of the presiding officer called the roll
and it was found out that all members are present and reported the same PUNONG BARANGAY
to the presiding officer).
 As per result of the roll call, the presiding officer declared that
BRGY. KAGAWADS
there is a quorum for the Sangguniang Barangay to do business.
5. Reading and consideration of the minutes of the previous session.
 The minutes of the previous session was read. It was found out GREGORIA SANO
that there is no correction offered, upon the motion of Kgwd.
Gregoria Sano and duly seconded by Kgwd. Jaffry Clavel moved
MARJORIE INIEGO
for the adoption of the same, without any discussion and
objection from the body, said motion was declared carried by the

* Kagawad Marjorie Iniego said that during the celebration of the
Barangay Annual Fiesta, create the activity together with the members of
RUBIN CASAMORIN
the fisher folks for the :"Baroto Race" and it was a successful activity and
the people were enjoy along the coastal area.

* Kagawad Reymond dela Rama said that the Barangay Tanod will prepare for the incoming
Local & National Election for the deployment on voting area.
* Kagawad Susan Santacruz, said, to prepare for the Isolation Area for Election Day. And the
mass vaccination of the RHU.

10. Announcement:

 Clean up drive every Saturday


 Road clearing every Saturday.

11. There being no business to be taken up, upon motion of SK-Chairman Erman Garalda for
the adjournment of the regular session, said motion was seconded by Kagawad Gregoria Sano,
without any objection from the body, and the presiding officer declared the motion carried.

The regular session was adjourned at 5:00 pm.
