CEMSCREED HM(F)

General purpose fibre reinforced shrinkage compensating cementitious micro concrete

DESCRIPTION CEMSCREED HM (F) is supplied as a ready-to-use, blend of dry powders which requires only site addition of

water to produce a free flowing, non-shrink repair micro concrete. The low water requirement ensures high early strength and long-term durability. Curing should start within 2 hours and minimum curing time should be same as that for concrete (7 days) as a cementitious material. USES < CEMSCREED HM (F) is used for repairing of column having major loss of section. < For repairs requiring high fluidity < For repairs requiring significant levels of load bearing. PACKING & YIELD CEMSCREED HM (F) is available in 25 Kg bag yielding 12ltrs. processed cement and polymer with graded fillers and additives to impart adhesion, strength and weather resistance. The mortar can be laid in thickness of 10-20 mm in single application and exhibits good workability and finishing properties. USES CEMSCREED R is to be used in conjunction with CEMSCREED R PRIMER and is designed for repair of spalled or damaged concrete, precast floors and roads. PACKING & COVERAGE < Available in 25 kg HDPE bags + 4.5 ltrs liquid polymer. (Yields 12.5 ltrs) < Coverage: 3m/kg. DESCRIPTION CEMSCREED FAST REPAIR is a ready to use, cementitious fast setting mortar for repairing of concrete and plaster surfaces which requires only site addition of water to produce a mortar consistency, non - shrink repair micro concrete. USES CEMSCREED FAST REPAIR is used for repairing on horizontal & vertical surfaces. PACKING AND COVERAGE < Available in 25 kg plastic bag. < Coverage: 1.8 kg/m at 1mm thickness. DESCRIPTION CRACKSEAL is a cementitious, easy to use, high strength, waterproofing crack repair mortar, which ensures perfect filling of cracks and will not allow water penetration. Initial curing should be started after 2 hours and continue upto 3 days. USES CRACKSEAL is used for filling of cementitious cracks on vertical & horizontal surfaces such as terrace & walls. PACKING & COVERAGE < Available in 1kg, 5Kg & 25kg. in sealed polythene packs. < 5 Kg. of CRACKSEAL approximately cover 2-3mm cracks having the width & depth of 10 mm - 15 mm respectively.

FAIRSCREED R

General purpose epoxy repair mortar

CEMSCREED SL is a cementitious floor screed having excellent adhesion on the surfaces, develops high bond strength and suitable for damaged industrial floors. Coverage: approx. 1.25m per 25 kg pack. CRACKSEAL SUPER is a cementitious material requiring precise quantity of water addition to generate a paste for sealing the cracks on cementitious substrates.
