Course Description
Financial Management is the study of the judicious use of financial
resources with a view to maxmising the value of the firm, thereby
maximizing the shareholder’s value.

Learning Objectives 1 To introduce students to the fundamentals of financial management. 2 To


help students to understand various financial concepts and tools that help in
creating value for a company and its shareholders. 3 To help students
