CARETAKER’S AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Caretaker’s Agreement (the “Agreement”) made and executed this

_____ day of __________________ 2021 in _______________, Philippines,
by and between:
______________________________ a domestic corporation duly

enfranchised by a _______________________ under the laws of
the Republic of the Philippines, with office address at #99 E.
Rodriguez Avenue (C5), Barangay Ugong, Pasig City, as
represented by its ________________________________-
herein referred to as the “FIRST PARTY/OWNER/LESSEE”.
-and-
__________________________, of legal age, married/single and

presently residing at _____________________________,
hereinafter referred to as the “SECOND PARTY/CARETAKER”;
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is the owner/lessee of a ________, located at

_________. The said _____ is covered by Tax Declaration xxxxxx containing
an area of ______ square meters;
WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY agrees to become the caretaker of the

abovementioned property subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. That the CARETAKER acknowledges that s/he will take care of the
said property for a period of ___ year beginning on _____ until ____
unless earlier terminated in writing by the OWNER/LESSEE;
2. That the CARETAKER has agreed to take care of the said property
and to preserve the same from any trespass and destruction;
3. That the CARETAKER shall not sublease nor sell any portion of the
premises;
4. That the CARETAKER shall maintain the said premises in sanitary
conditions;
5. That the CARETAKER shall be responsible for his/her expenses on
his/her consumption of electricity, water bills and other utility
services in the property;
6. That the CARETAKER shall not introduce any renovation/alteration
within the said property unless upon written consent of the
OWNER/LESSEE; and
7. That this Agreement shall be revised/terminated upon violation of
any of the terms and conditions set forth herein and agreed upon.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have hereunto signed this AGREEMENT

authorized in the __________________ named above to take acknowledgements,
personally appeared the following:

person who acknowledged before me that his signature on the foregoing Contract of
Lease was voluntarily affixed by him for the purposes stated therein, and who declared
to me that he has executed this Contract of Lease as his free and voluntary act and
deed.
This Contract of Lease consists of four (4) pages including this page on which this
Acknowledgment is written and duly signed on each and every page by the parties and
their instrumental witnesses.
