    exemption from city truck ban. Presently we are Hauling Earth fill
    along Maa road to Magtuod Davao City vice versa. Because of
    continuous increase of the Oil. We would like to ask for the
    exemption from your good office so that our hauling business
    would be viable and that the projects of NCCC would be
    completed thereby enhancing the image of the Davao City by and
