The document provides a job safety analysis for tripod rig erection, operation, and dismantling at an 800 caustic soda project. It identifies six main activities with associated hazards and control measures. The activities include manual handling and assembling of rigs, lifting of rigs using a crane, unhooking of lifting tools from the load, boring, removal of chisel, installation of DMC and reinforcement cage, pouring of concrete, and night work. Potential hazards include pinching, cuts, repetitive strain, crane and rigging failures, falls from height, concrete splashing, and low visibility. Control measures involve using proper PPE, certified equipment, trained operators, fall protection, communication, and adequate lighting
