Places I want to visit

Myanmar has many beautiful and lovely places. Those places attract
tourists to visit her. Those interesting places are Taunggyi, the Inlay Lake, Pyin-
Oo-Lwin, Kalaw, Mandalay, Chaung Tha beach, Bagan, Yangon and so on. The
places I want to visit are Yangon and Chaung Tha beach.
A place I want to visit is Yangon. Yangon is situated on the bank of
Hlaing River. It is the most crowded city in our country. It is the commercial
city of Myanmar. It is a very beautiful city with parks, lakes and beautiful
buildings. One of the famous places of Yangon is Inya Lake. All people go to
the Inya lake. You can see many people who are walking and sitting on the
grass. There are many museums, banks, shops, supermarkets, cinema halls,
parks and funfairs. I want to visit Yangon because I want to play with my
friends in the playground. I want to go shopping with my family and I want to
buy many toys such as car toys, dolls and teddy bears. For education, there are
many international schools in Yangon. I want to visit there and I want to study
how the students learn in these schools. The famous Shwedagon pagoda, is
inYangon. Another place I want to visit is Chaung Tha beach. It is a beach
resort. It is situated in Pathein. It is a lovely sandy beach. It is plenty of
seafoods. I want to visit there because I want to see a bigger wavy, swim at the
beach, ride a bike and horse, pick up seashells, play with the sand, stay in the
bungalows and eat seafoods such as prawns, crabs, octopus, fish and seashells.
There are still so many things left to tell about. For these reasons, these
are the places I want to visit.

An Actor and An Actress I like most

I am the one who likes watching movies. I watch Myanmar movies. Some
film stars are not beautiful but they are good in their actions. There are many
famous film stars in Myanmar. Among them, the actor and actress I like most
are Pyay T Oo and Eindra Kyaw Zin.
Pyay T Oo is one of the most famous actors in Myanmar. I think he is 40
years old now. His face is square and he has thin eyebrows, straight nose and
thick lips. Sometimes, he has beard and moustache according to the character.
His complexion is fair. He can act any character in the movie. He possessed five
Academy awards for his proficiency in acting and he is hard-working. He
respects to his fans. He always plays tennis and golf. He is successful not only
in art but also his marriage life. He has a beautiful wife, Eindra Kyaw Zin and
two children, Pyay Di Ya and Pyay Thudra. And the actress I like is Eindra
Kyaw Zin. I think she is also 40 years old now. Her face is an oval and she has
thick eyebrows, straight nose and thin lips. Her complexion is white and she has
slim body. People identify her as a fashion queen because her wearing style is
always smart and beautiful. She got two Academy awards for her outstanding in
acting. It is easy for people to get success but it is difficult for people to
maintain their success. She can maintain her success for 20 years. She respects
to her fans. She is not only a famous actress but also a good housewife and
mother. She can handle her actress life and personal life equally.
There may be still left to say about them. These are the facts that I like
this actor and actress.

A Town I want to live

There is no one who does not live in a place. Every place has its unique
feature to live. Some people live in the village but some people live in the town.
Myanmar has many beautiful and lovely towns to live. Those beautiful towns
are Taungyi, Pyin-Oo-Lwin, Kalaw, Bagan, Mandalay, Yangon and so on.
Among them, the town I want to live in is Yangon. Yangon is situated on
the bank of Hlaing River. It is near to sea. It is the most crowded city in our
country. It is the commercial city of Myanmar. It is a very beautiful city with
parks, lakes and beautiful buildings. One of the famous places of Yangon is
Inya Lake. All people go to the Inya lake. You can see many people who are
walking and sitting on the grass. There are many embassies, museums, banks,
shops, supermarkets, cinema halls, parks and funfairs. I want to live in Yangon
because I want to play with my friends in the playground. I want to go shopping
with my family and I want to buy many toys such as car toys, dolls and teddy
bears. For education, there are many international schools in Yangon. I want to
visit there and I want to study how the students learn in these schools. There are
many universities to attend in Yangon. The famous Shwedagon pagoda, is in
Yangon. Not only Myanmar people but also foreigner visit to the Shwedagon. I
will feel peaceful if I pay homage in this pagoda. There are many good
restaurants which can get Myanmar traditional foods, Shan traditional food,
Chinese foods, Indian foods, Thai cusine, hot-pot and so on. I like hot-pot and I
will eat hot pot every week if I live in Yangon.
These are about the things I like Yangon and the thing that I want to do in
Yangon. So, Yangon is the town that I want to live the most.

Books I like Reading

All people know they can broad their knowledge by reading. Knowledge
can be found in the books. While we are reading, we can visit another country.
We can find out how people solve problems. We can learn all about other kids
and about the world.
There are many books I like reading. They are stories, comic books,
newspapers, journals, magazines and other books. My father bought books and
magazines with beautiful pictures to make me interested in reading. Then I had
got reading habit. I usually reads story book every week. Among them, the story
book I like reading is “ Lazy girl and hard working girl”. It is about two girls.
They are twin sisters. The name of the lazy girl is Suzan and the name of the
hard-working girl is Hannah. Suzan didn’t do any house work but Hannah did
much housework. One day, Hannah reached the house of seven angels and she
listened to the angels. She didn’t go to the last room and she cleaned other
rooms. So, seven angels gave her gold and silver. Suzan wanted to get gold and
silver. So, she went to the house of seven angels. She was very inquisitive and
she entered the last room. She couldn’t see gold and silver and she saw the
snakes, frogs and lizards. Her face was beaten by the bees and she was very
scared and she ran quickly to her house. She didn’t get any gold and silver. I
have got a lot of lessons by reading this story. Laziness is not good and hard-
working is good. I have to live not to disturb others. I became know how to deal
with other people. So, it is one of the books I like reading. I like also reading
magazines. I know about the latest styles that woman’s wear. I know about
dieting and physical exercises to fit my body.
So, these books give me lessons, knowledge and taught me how to live.
So, I like reading and these are the books I like reading.
 Why I love my parents
People can choose friend, school, home and other things but they can’t
choose their parents. There are many children in the orphanage who do not have
parents for different reasons. I’m so lucky to have my parents.
The name of my parents are U Min Min Lat and Daw Moe Myint Myint
Tun. My father is a shopkeeper and my mother is a good housewife. My father’s
face is square and he has thick eyebrows, long nose and thin lip. My mother’s
face is an oval and she has thick eyebrows, long nose and thick lip. My father
has short curly black hair and my mother has long straight black hair. My father
complexion is black and my mother complexion is white. Both my parents have
black eyes. My parents are interested in my education. They supported me not
only in education but also in sports. My father bought me many books such as
English, Math, Story, comic books and other books. My father always tells me
to do my homework. My father always takes me to school. My mother always
takes care of me. My mother cooks healthy foods for me. My mother usually
makes fruit juice. My parents taught me how to walk, eat, write, read and ride a
bike. In my holidays, my parents take me famous places of Myanmar such as
Taungyi, the Inlay lake, Yangon, Mandalay, Bagan, Pyin-Oo-Lwin and other
places.
 My parents give me everything I need. They are important for me. They
are hard-working for me. We are a happy family and I am very proud of my
parents. These are the reasons why I love my parents and I will always love
them.

Places of interesting in Myanmar

Every country in the world has its unique own features. Myanmar is a
country which is plenty of beautiful and interesting places. There are many
interesting places in Myanmar. They are Yangon, Bagan, Mandalay, Inlay lake,
Golden Rock or Kyaikhtiyo pagoda, Putao, Kalaw, Ngapali and Ngwe Saung
beaches.
Yangon is situated in the bank of Hlaing River. It is also the commercial
city of Myanmar. It is the most crowded and developing city in Myanmar.
There are many interesting places to visit in Yangon. The famous Shwedagon
pagoda is situated in Yangon. The Shwedagon pagoda is one of the Myanmar
top tourist attraction. It is covered in around 60 tonnes of gold. Along with
Yangon, Bagan is one of the most interesting places in Myanmar. Nowadays,
there are 2,200 temples still remaining. People can visit many pagodas by riding
bike and motorbike. People can ride a hot-air balloon flight to get the
breathtaking view of Bagan from above. Then, Inlay lake is situated in Shan
State. Inlay lake is famous for its unique fishing method, rowing with one leg.
Another interesting place is Putato. It is situated in Kachin State. The city is
surrounded by snow peaked mountains. The weather is cold around the year.
Putao is the starting point for Myanmar’s most trekking adventures. It is famous
for its various kinds of orchids. The world rarest black orchid can be found in
this area. And Ngapali beach resort is one of the interesting beaches in
Myanmar. It is a long, white, sandy beach. It is plenty of sea foods. People can
see bigger wavy, swim at the beach, ride a bike and horse and pick up seashells.
There are still so many interesting places left to tell about. As stated
above, these are the interesting places of Myanmar.

My favourite Subject
The idea of one person cannot be like with the idea of another one.
People have their own views. I am Grade 6 student and I have to study thirteen
subjects. They are Myanmar, English, Mathematics, Geology, History, Science,
art, music, physical education, computer, agriculture and moral education.
Among them, my favourite subject is history. I like learning history. We
have to learn not only the history of our country but also the history of the
world. The teacher taught us about the ancient kings of different countries. We
know the guarding styles that the kings treated their public people, the rules that
the kings determined for their countries. We can know how the people have to
live in different ages. By learning history, we can compare the past and present
time. As a result, if we find the mistakes of the past, we should take lessons
from these mistakes. And we need to try not to make these mistakes again. If we
find good things in the past, we should maintain and follow these good things.
So, learning history gave me knowledge and ways to live. This is one of the
reasons I like history subject. I became know how the ancient people build and
maintain our country by learning history. I had a strong mind to value our
cultural heritage. So, history gave me the concept to love my country. This is
another reason to like history. I can know the great stories of successful people
by reading the history books. I felt sadness by reading battles between Jue and
Hit Ta Lar. I felt great by reading about the success of Napolian kings. I felt
happy by reading the love story of princes and princesses of past. So, history
gave me many feelings.
So, I am interested in history and I like history very much.

The person I like most

The idea of one person cannot be like with the idea of another one.
People have their own views. There are many people who I like not only in
Myanmar but also in the world. They are Bogyoke Aung San, Aung San Su
Kyi, Thomas Alfa Edison and Alexander Graham Bell, Jack Ma and Steve Job.
Among them, the person I like most is Aung San Su Kyi. She was born
on 19 June, 1945. She is 74 years old now and she lives in Yangon and Nay Pyi
Taw. Her father is Bogyoke Aung San and he is Burmese’s independent hero.
Her mother is Daw Khin Kyi. Aung San Su Kyi is the State Counsellor of
Myanmar and she is the leader of National League for Democracy in Myanmar.
She has been on house arrest multiple times. She is a Noble Peace Prize winner
and she got this prize in 1991. She got many prizes all over the world. So, she is
well-known not only in Myanmar but also in the world. One of the reason I like
her is that she is a very strong woman. She had faced many difficulties in her
life. She was arrested many times. She had faced many conditions to leave from
Myanmar. But she did not change her decisions. She did not leave from
Myanmar and she stood with the Myanmar people. She is the woman who does
not change her attitude easily. As a daughter, she released her father. As a wife,
she had to release her husband, Micheal. As a mother, she had to release her two
sons, Jane and Kim. But, she did not release the people in her country. She tried
to develop her country even she was an old woman. She is educated and always
smart.
I very admire her because she has a warm, kind heart and strong
perseverance. I think she got success due to her kind heart and strong
perseverance. So, she is the person I like most.
