PRACTICING ENGLISH THROUGH NEWS

Listening to and reading news articles is a great way to practice English because the language of news channels
and reputable organisations is clear and direct. Moreover, you also stay informed. Here are some tips for using
this great resource:
• When reading an article, try reading it out loud. This is great for practicing your speaking, listening and
