1. Able Handling Sinotrans’s Project
Godrej: Manado, Pontianak, Banjarmasin, Balikpapan and Lampung
Fiberhome: Makassar, Banjarmasin, and Balikpapan.
ZTE: Sorong, Balikpapan, Denpasar, Semarang.
2. ABLE shall be responsible for any physical loss, shortfall or damage to any material/productl in the warehouse
which is obliged as part of the Service, It is agreed that the ABLE shall be responsible for anything and in any case
arising from or in connection with this Agreement, whether for intentional and/or unintentional, direct and/or
indirect error, or lack of caution on implementation from this agreement, or service failure by the ABLE and/or
breach of contract, during the Term of this Agreement.
3. In the event the loss of the Material/Product is a result of intentional or accidental actions done by ABLE including
employees of ABLE, then SINO has the right to hold compensation in the form of compensation caused by crimes
committed by the ABLE employee such as theft, robbery which results in lost or damaged of the materials/products.
Compensation which must be paid by ABLE to SINO in the form of a replacement of the selling price of the
Materials/Products or claim value from the owner of the goods.
4. Following the written approval from ABLE, SINO will off-set the payment from invoice to ABLE in the amount of
compensation that ABLE has to pay to SINO. In the event the value of compensation must be paid by ABLE as
agreed in the paragraph above is greater than the invoice, ABLE shall pay for the shortfall in compensation within
30 (thirty) days.
5. Payment: Payment of warehouse storage rates and warehouse operations as referred (appendix) of the agreement
will be made one month after the invoice is received with the complete supporting documents from ABLE
6. Able will be handling Storage, Handling In, and Handling Out.
3. For Godrej, the sservices provided by Able include Trucking.

Instruction:

before signing any contract. (All kinds of written agreement will be
regarded as contract.)
2. All contracts under name of PT. Sinotrans CSC Indonesia should be

signed by Director (Mr. Li Zhenghong) as valid; otherwise, the person
who will sign the contract must obtain the “power of attorney” from the
Director (Mr. Li Zhenghong) in advance.
3. Each contract should be identified by a special code, which assigned by

contract management department/PIC, such as SNTID/LOG2018008.

4. The main clauses of the contract should be included without limitation as

below:
a) Loan Contract: loan amount, interest rate, period, terms of payment of
interest/principal, etc.
b)Rental Contract: Rental object, period, charge amount, who bear the tax,
terms of payment, etc.
c)Transportation Contract: Cargo name, cargo volume, loading port, port
of discharge, laycan, laytime, transportation charge, terms of payment.
d) General Contract: Job scope, rights and obligations, payment terms, etc.
5. All business contracts should include clear payment terms.
6. Any change of the Contract Approval Form model is not allowed.
