MINUTES OF THE SESSION:

I. INVOCATION
- A prayer was led by Hon. Analyn Y. Padre

II. CALL TO ORDER

The Session was called to order by the Hon. Severino T. Tacas Jr., Punong Barangay at 08:10
in the morning who continued to preside over the session.
III. ROLL CALL
The presiding officer asked the Barangay Secretary to call the roll. Thereafter, a quorum was
declared to be present.

IV. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS SESSION

The Barangay Secretary was then requested to read the minutes of the Previous Session. As
there were no questions or objections raised the minutes was then approved.
V. CALENDAR OF BUSINESS
A. Submission of Brgy. Profiling 2021.
B. Submission of master list of the following:
- Children ages 1- 17 years old.
- OSC/OSY
- PWD Children
C. Updating the RBI 2021.
D. Listing of Supplies and Materials to be purchased to be used for the 1 st quarter of the
year.
E. Scheduled Activity:
- January 21,2021- conduct of Monthly Immunization for children – mos old in the
Barangay Simpatuyo, Gymnasium.
- Conduct of House-to-House visit for children 6 months old to 59 mos old for the
distribution of Vitamin A supplementation and deworming.
- Reiteration on the monitoring of OSY and OSC, Children at risk.
- Conduct of Monthly Immunization for children 0-12 months old in the Barangay
Simpatuyo,Gymnasium.
F. Consolidation of Reports to be used for the BNAP 2021.

- A prayer was led by Hon. Joy B. Rosal.

II. CALL TO ORDER

The Session was called to order by the Hon. Severino T. Tacas Jr., Punong Barangay at 08:10
in the morning who continued to preside over the session.
III. ROLL CALL
The presiding officer asked the Barangay Secretary to call the roll. Thereafter, a quorum was
declared to be present.

IV. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS SESSION

The Barangay Secretary was then requested to read the minutes of the Previous Session. As
there were no questions or objections raised the minutes was then approved.
V. CALENDAR OF BUSINESS
A. There was a report that Basketball players plays even at night time in the barangay
Gymnasium causing disturbance to the nearby houses. Thus, the Barangay Officials decided
to remove the Basketball ring for the meantime to observe the Health Protocols, especially
among minors.
B. Reorganization of Pag-asa Youth Association and updating of profile on April 07,2021 at
01:30 in the afternoon in the Barangay Gymnasium of Simpatuyo, Sta. Teresita, Cagayan.
C. Scheduled Activities:
-Monthly Immunization – April 22, 2021.
D. A report from the PNP that there were minors loitering at night. They asked for the action of
the Barangay Officials and Tanod’s for the strict compliance and implementation of
Municipal Ordinance regarding this matter. Thus, the BCPC decided to Proposed an
ordinance regulating the loitering of minors in this Barangay.
E. Proposed an ordinance regulating the drinking of intoxicating and fermented liquors in
carinderias, sari-sari stores and video bars of minors.
F. There were reports that some constituents are causing disturbance to the Students during their
Online Classes, due to Loud Music Radios and Videoke, thus there’s a need to remind the
constituents once again of these protocols.

IV. CALENDAR OF BUSINESS
A. Nutrition Month Celebration
The 2021 Nutrition Month Theme is “Malnutrisyon patuloy na labanan, first 1000 days
tutukan “the theme calls for continued efforts to address malnutrition in the country which is
expected to worsen as a result of the pandemic and limited rsources for nutrition. On the first
1000 days of life as the strategic intervention to prevent stunting and obesity.
Activities during Nutrition Month:
1. Walk for a cause
Participants: BNS and BHW.
2. Virtual Zumba Contest on July 12,2021.
Participants: BNS and BHW.
3. a. Search for Healthy Breastfeed Baby 2021 and Breastfeeding Photo Contest on July
27,2021.
Participants: Mrs. Jennifer V. Yere (mother) and Zion Jacob V. Yere (baby/son).

4. Culmination Program and Awarding to the Winners of Zumba Contest on July 30, 2021.
5. The BHW and BNS were tasked to assist the “BALIK PROBINSIYA
CONSTITUENTS”. They have to collect their Antigen Test or SWAB Test results if any,
or assist them upon arrival for testing at the Municipal Health Office if none.
6. NDP, Kristine May Pagela encourages the the Brgy. Offiials and volunteers to participate
and take their COVID-19 vaccination. In order to set an example to the constituents.
7. Teacher Laodimar Balas, representative of Simpatuyo, Elementary School is requesting
for a Joint Resolution to be addressed to Hon. Rodrigo De Gracia, CESE, Municipal
Mayor for the renovation of of Principals’s Office.
8. There are two positive- of COVID -19, they are currently staying in the isolation unit.
There’s a need to inform the public to stay at home, avoid gatherings, and going out if not
necessary, especially children.

- Strengthening of Katipunan ng Kabataan.
- Profiling of Youths and Youth Organization.
- Strengthening of BPFSDC.
- Formulation and implementation of BPFSDC Plan.
- Assistance to PWD Children.
3. Monthly Immunization Program
- no immunization this month.
B. GAD PLAN
BCPC PPAs recommended for approval and inclusion on the GAD PLAN
1. Conduct of Operation timbang on Children ages 0-71 months old.
2. Conduct of Mother’s Class regarding responsible parenthood.
3. Conduct of feeding program.
4. Monitoring & evaluation of the Feeding Program
5. Distribution of Vitamin A Supplementation for children from MHO allocation.
6. Conduct of Pre-natal and Health Cre Class for pregnant and lactating mothers.
7. Conduct of vaccination for pregnant and lactating mothers in coordination of
MHO.
8. Purchase of supplies and materials for ECCD.
