    To acquire information for the planned system's assessment, the proponents used a survey

    questionnaire. The mean formula was used to get the average degree of satisfaction, and the

    standard deviation was utilized to assess the variance.

    The survey form was analyzed using a 5-point Likert Scale. A Likert scale is a rating

    scale used to evaluate and assess views, attitudes, or actions. It is commonly used in survey

    research because it quickly operationalizes personality characteristics or perceptions. The

    following are the weights assigned to the 5-point Likert scale method.

    4 Satisfied 3.5 - 4.2

    Methods Used in Developing the System

    Agile Model
    The proponents used a Agile method in finding the solution to the problem in advertising

    platform of Malabon city’s food businesses.

    The Agile approach was commonly used in Software Engineering for the success of the project.

    The use of agile approach in the process of developing the website is divided into separate

    phases sequentially.

    Requirement Analysis

    The proponents researched the company's history and its system. They performed an

    interview with the owners of Food Businesses and found relevant research on the internet that

    may corroborate their study.

    System Design

    During this phase, proponents collaborate to come up with a solution that will meet the

    study's objectives.

    Implementation

    During this phase, coding will take place. Proponents gather all of the material required

    for the technical implementation of the website, as well as any additional references that might

    serve as a guide.

    Testing

    In this phase, the new advertising platform will be tested; faults must be reported and

    recorded; and possible reevaluation and return to phase one may be required.

    Deployment
    In this phase the Advertising Platform has been completed, As a result, everything is

    ready, and any food business may contact the supporters to incorporate their brand into the

    platform.

    Maintenance

    Food businesses are using the new advertising platform. If a problem or difficulties

    develop, the proponents must update the system and contact the firm. Returning to phase one

    may cause major problems.
