    Surface Preparations Packaging & Storage Life

    The substrate surface should to Clean, dust free alccocrete is available in 25 kg bag and has a shelf
    and free from traces of oil or chemicals life of 3 months from the date of manufacturing if
    stored in unopened original packing, under shade
    The surface has to be dampened with potable in dry and moisture free conditions

    Mixing and Application The use of dust masks, safety goggles, and gloves is
    recommended
    1. Use PAN Mixer (preferably) for mixing
    2. Start addition of alccocrete powder slowly
    under continuous dry mixing for 2 minutes.
    3. Charge 85-90 % of mixing water (2.5 to 3.0
    liters per 25 kg bag) to the PAN Mixer and mix
    for 1 minute.
    4. Add balance quantity (10 – 12 %) of mixing
    water & again mix for another 2-3 minutes to
    form a homogeneous, free flowing, uniform
    mix.
    5. Pour or pump the mixed Micro Concrete into
    a watertight shuttering.
    6. Cure the repaired concrete for minimum 7
    days after removing the shuttering.
