Job Responsibilities:
 Will be responsible for creating and maintaining a systematic approach to financial records
 To Supervise the Overall Functions of The HR & Admin Department.
 To Develop & Implement Policies, Procedures Relevant to HR Dept as Per Labor Law and Best
Practices.
 Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
 To monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, leave and take necessary action deemed to be
appropriate.
 Manage & monitor employees/workers health, safety & environmental issues in the entire
office/factory premises.
 Motivate & counsel to the staff regarding duties/responsibilities, job security and benefits.
 Handling employee grievance and disciplinary action.
 Monitoring recruitment, Salary fixation, issuing appointment letters, confirmation letters, etc.
 To have clear knowledge regarding recruitment, selection, training, promotion, increment,
worker's wages, salary and all kinds of welfare issues of employees.
 Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of
qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates
with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
 Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and
incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
 Prepare Job Advertisement and execute the whole Recruitment Process.
 Create and periodically review the HR policy and processes of the organizations and recommend
suitable modifications.
 Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel) and office management software.

Educational Requirements
 Minimum Graduate in any discipline/ MBA in HRM
 PGD in HRM & Compliance will get priority.
Experience Requirements
 5 to 8 year(s)
 The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts
 The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies,
Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Additional Requirements
 Age 30 to 40 years.
Salary
 Negotiable
 Depends on experience
