Responsibilities
 Manage employee & other data, prepare & publish dashboards (using excel) on a day-
to-day basis to be shared with business & internal teams
 Ensure data remains up-to-date & accurate and is maintained in accordance with
agreed deliverables
 Provide support for day-to-day HR/business activities as well as interacting directly
via phone/e-mail with managers and employees across the organization
 Effectively execute all duties and interact with various stakeholders in a proactive,
friendly, professional, and service-based manner
 Collaborate with various teams in HR & IT to troubleshoot and resolve issues
identified in HR Systems/data

leave records both for permanent non-confidential staff and contract packers.
