Position Overview
2 year fixed term contract with 6 days working week from office @ Malad (E)
Responsibilities
Manage employee & other data, prepare & publish dashboards (using excel) on a day-
to-day basis to be shared with business & internal teams
Ensure data remains up-to-date & accurate and is maintained in accordance with
agreed deliverables
Provide support for day-to-day HR/business activities as well as interacting directly
via phone/e-mail with managers and employees across the organization
Effectively execute all duties and interact with various stakeholders in a proactive,
friendly, professional, and service-based manner
Collaborate with various teams in HR & IT to troubleshoot and resolve issues
identified in HR Systems/data
Perform administrative tasks and execute assigned HR process activities & any other
transactions
Qualifications
First-level university degree or equivalent experience; Freshers with full-time MBA
can also apply
Must have good English communication, data management, email drafting &
Microsoft excel skills
Should have a clear thought process, good analytical skills and ability to work in a
collaborative manner
Having knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas, macros preferred

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to join and manage our Human Resources
department. Senior HR Executive responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process,
designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR team. You will also help shape
our employer brand strategy. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR
technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems. Ultimately, you will
ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees.

Position Summary
Accountabilities
Responsible for housekeeping and administration offices maintenance and ensuring all
offices, training rooms, canteens are kept in an orderly manner. In the area of housekeeping,
the incumbent shall be responsible for the proper administration of the 5S program for the
administrative areas in the mill. In this regard, the incumbent is responsible for the main
office, Canteens, training and meeting room, company library, electronic display boards,
visitors boards, notice boards, office equipment.
Office Administration
Ensure administrative support of office facilities, support services and equipment are
provided effectively
Coordinate and/or Supervise with employees and/or external contractors to provide
office services and support.
Administering employee uniforms, PPE, medical books, annual, medical and other
leave records both for permanent non-confidential staff and contract packers.
