    TEMPLATE FOR WRITTEN COURSEWORKS

    1. CONCEPT PAPER FORMAT

    I. Activity Title (Themed/slogan)


    Think of a theme that fits your aim for the event. The title must be
    catchy and creative. Include the artwork in theme.
    II. Rationale of Exposure – cite the fundamental reason for the
    exposure both as a professional requirement for the course and for
    knowledge and community building.
    Rationale of the Theme
    III. Goal and Objectives – cite the Goals and specific objects (C, P, A) of
    the entire exposure for the students and family or individual catered to.
    IV. Calendar of Activities
    V. Letter of Invitation
    VI. Action Plan – this includes the Tasking and Logistics Matrix specific
    action plan in order to outline activities and delegate tasks to each
    member of the team.
