Note: Separate merit list will be prepared for Class VII, VIII & IX studying students. If any student secures rank in Top 1000 but percentile score is less than 70
percentile, he/she will not be eligible for the benefits mentioned in ‘ANTHE Rank’ Table-1. Instead he/she will be eligible for scholarship based on the
percentile score obtained by the student as given in the ‘ANTHE Percentile Score’ Table -2.

These Scholarships are applicable for following courses:


A. For students studying in Class VII and moving to Class VIII, who wish to join AESL for either:
1. One Year Integrated Classroom Course for Olympiads & Class VIII
2. Three Year Integrated Classroom Course for Olympiads, NTSE & Class VIII, IX & X

B. For students studying in Class VIII and moving to Class IX, who wish to join AESL for either:
1. One Year Integrated Classroom Course for Olympiads & Class IX
2. Two Year Integrated Classroom Course for Olympiads, NTSE & Class IX & X
3. Four Year Integrated Classroom Course for Olympiads, NTSE, NEET / JEE & Class IX to XII

C. For students studying in Class IX and moving to Class X, who wish to join AESL for either:
1. One Year Integrated Classroom Course for Olympiads, NTSE & Class X
2. Three Year Integrated Classroom Course for Olympiads, NTSE, NEET / JEE & Class X to XII

Note: AESL reserves the right to make any change in the name of the above mentioned FEE Components as per business requirements & without any prior
notice to students/ parents.

Type-A: These Cash Awards are for those students who will be joining AESL for Two Year / Three Year / Four Year Integrated Classroom Courses for Class IX & X / Class VIII to X /
Class X to XII / Class IX to XII respectively.
Type-B: These Cash Awards are for those students who will be joining AESL for One Year Integrated Classroom Courses for Class VIII, Class IX or Class X or Long Term Digital /
DLP Course.

*Necessary Information/ Conditions about Cash Awards:


1. A student will be eligible for Cash Award in only one category out of the two programs either Classroom Course or Long Term Digital /
DLP Course and not in both.
2. To be eligible for Cash Award, it is mandatory for top 300 students (100 students from each class i.e. moving to Class VIII, IX & X) to
join our Long Term Digital / DLP Course before 1st March 2023 irrespective of whether they join our Classroom Course or not. Once the
Long Term Digital / DLP Course Enrollment is done, it will not be cancelled in any case. The students will fill separate Enrollment Form
for Long Term Digital / DLP Course. No fee will be charged for Long Term Digital / DLP Course. It will be 100% Free.
3. Students joining Two Year Integrated Classroom / Digital / DLP Course for Class IX & X or Three Year Integrated Course for Class VIII to X
/ Class X to XII or Four Year Integrated Course for Class IX to XII will get 40% of total Cash Awards in Academic Year 2023-2024 which
will be disbursed in two equal installments (1st award installment by 15th June 2023 & 2nd award installment by 15th November
2023) and remaining 60% of Cash Awards will be disbursed in Academic Year 2024-2025 in 2 equal installments (3rd award
installment by 15th June 2024 & 4th award installment by 15th November 2024).
4. Students joining One Year Integrated Classroom Course for Class VIII / IX / X or Long Term Digital / DLP Courses will get total Cash
Awards disbursed in two equal installments (1st award installment by 15th June 2023 & 2nd award installment by 15th November
2023).
5. Cash Awards shall be paid by cheque. Installments will be paid by 15th June & 15th November of respective academic years as
detailed above, by the respective centre where the student appeared for ANTHE or enrolled in AESL.
6. To be eligible for Cash Awards, a student needs to maintain a minimum of 85% attendance in classes and tests conducted by AESL
failing which it will lead to discontinuation of that installment of Cash Awards.
7. A student should maintain good performance i.e. score a minimum average of 65% marks in all Assessment Tests conducted by AESL
(including All India Aakash Test Series - AIATS) or maintain an AIR in Top 300 in every AIATS as part of Classroom Course or Long Term
Digital / DLP Course failing which will lead to discontinuation of that installment of Cash Awards.
8. The final decision in both cases i.e. clause (6) and (7) vests with the Managing Director, AESL and his decision will be final & binding
on the student(s) / parent(s).
9. Students studying in Class VII, VIII & IX who take admission with AESL and pay their Registration Fee, Admission Kit & Digital Access
Fee and Tuition Fee (1st Installment) on or before 1st March 2023 will be allowed all-features access to Recorded Video Lectures till
31st March 2023.
10. The scholarship criteria mentioned in Table-1 & 2 is applicable for Regular Classroom Courses only.

NOTE: In case a student is found to have used unfair means during the online/offline ANTHE test, he/she shall be disqualified from the ANTHE
Scholarship Scheme & Cash Awards.

Important Instructions
& Information

1. Online Registration Facility is available on our website: https://anthe.aakash.ac.in where the students can register for ANTHE and can further
download his/her Admit Card for appearing in ANTHE 2022 with his/her Roll No. and Exam Centre Name.
2. For Offline Registration: Kindly fill in the ANTHE Registration Form available at your nearest centre or download it by visiting -
anthe.aakash.ac.in/downloads and submit along with a self-attested photocopy of class VI / VII / VIII / IX / X / XI & XII mark-sheet (as applicable), 1
passport size colour photograph at the nearest centre. In case mark-sheet is not available, students can enroll by submitting a self attested
photocopy of their Identity Card issued by the school.
3. The exam will be conducted in both Online and Offline Mode. The students can choose to write the ANTHE exam in either mode as per their
preference. Once the Mode of Test is selected, a student is allowed to change it only TWICE. It should be changed 7 days prior to the exam date in
case of Offline Mode and 3 days prior in case of Online Mode.
4. The ANTHE test papers will consist of various types of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) like Single Answer, More than one Answer, Paragraph-
based, Assertion-Reason and Match the Column type. The offline exam will be conducted on OMR (Optical Mark Reader) Sheet. There will be no
negative marking.
5. ANTHE Sample Test Paper will be made available at https://anthe.aakash.ac.in for the students. User ID & Password will be sent to the students on
their Registered Mobile Number & Email ID.
6. Cash Awards* shall be paid by cheque. Installments will be paid by 15th June & 15th November of respective academic years by the centre where
the student appeared for ANTHE or enrolled in AESL.
7. Meaning of Scholarship: Scholarship means Fee Concession, Fee Discount. If at any point of time, the Government decides to charge GST or any
other tax on the scholarship / concession / discount amount / awards & prizes, then the GST shall be borne by the student(s) / parent(s) / guardian.
8. Scholarship Eligibility for the students of :
(i) One Year Integrated Classroom Course: The students joining One Year Integrated Classroom Course of Class VIII/ IX / X/ XII studying & XII
passed shall be eligible for Scholarship for 1 year only.
(ii) Two Year Integrated Classroom Course: The students joining our Two Year Integrated Classroom Course (Class IX & X combined or Class XI &
XII combined) shall be eligible for continued scholarship for the entire period of 2 Years subject to Terms & Conditions.
(iii) Three & Four Year Integrated Classroom Courses: The students joining Three Year Integrated Classroom Course from Class VIII to X or Class X
to XII or Four Year Integrated Classroom Course from Class IX to XII respectively, will be eligible for continued scholarship for the entire period
of 3 Years / 4 Years respectively, subject to Terms & Conditions.
9. Maximum scholarship for a student shall not exceed 100% of the overall fee in any case whatsoever.
10. Selected candidates will be provided Classroom coaching as per the choice of their study centre (at existing Aakash centres only) but if a student
wants to change the study centre, written permission for the same will have to be taken from the Managing Director, AESL.
11. Last Date of Registration: The last date of receiving the duly filled-in enrollment form by post at the Registered Office / by hand at Aakash Centre /
Online Submission is for ONLINE EXAM: 3 Days before the date of exam & for OFFLINE EXAM: 7 Days before the date of exam.

Guidelines
for NASA Trip

Terms & Conditions


• Maximum 5 students will be selected in ANTHE 2022.
• 2 students out of the Top 100 will be randomly chosen across all classes and streams.
• The remaining 3 students will be chosen randomly from the other ranks.
• The Prize cannot be converted into cash or exchanged in any other form.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the NASA trip, selected students must have enrolled in a Classroom Program at AESL for the academic
year 2023-2024 and must have paid the first installment before the 31st March, 2023. The Trip to NASA will be conducted
sometime between the months of April 2023 to December 2023 subject to no restrictions on travel. The selected students
will be allowed to be accompanied along with one parent for the trip.
Note: There should be no refund request or legal proceeding or dispute by the student/parent with AESL.

Inclusions
Only the following expenses for the selected student(s) and one parent of each selected student shall be borne by AESL.
• Airfare expenses.
• Accommodation for a maximum period of 5 days.
• Entry Tickets to Space Centre.
• The Documentation and processing of the visa shall be done by the Student(s)/Parent(s), AESL will reimburse the
cost for the same.

Exclusions & Important Guidelines


• It is clearly understood and agreed that travel shall be subject to the covid norms/guidelines as may be applicable
from time to time.
• Expenses other than AirFare, Accommodation, etc. such as transportation (taxi, cab), food etc. shall be borne by the
student(s) / parent(s).
• Selected student(s) and parent(s) shall not indulge themselves in any illegal, unlawful, criminal activities.
• AESL shall not be responsible in case of breach of provisions of all applicable laws by any student(s) and parent(s).
• All decisions on the winners will be taken by the Management of AESL and it will be final and binding.
• SIM card facility, currency exchange for the Student(s)/Parent(s) shall be done by the student(s)/Parent(s), AESL
shall not be responsible for providing such facilities.
• There will be no reimbursement in case student(s)/parent(s) do not avail the accommodation facility provided by
AESL.
• Arriving more than 15 MINUTES LATE for your scheduled start time will result in cancellation of all or part of your tour.

Instructions for Visiting NASA Centre


• Everyone 16 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER must have a valid PHOTO I.D. (School ID, Aadhar, etc.)
• Foreign nationals must bring their documents on the day of the visit (Visa, Passport, Green Card, etc.)
• While on the tour, the entire group must stay together, including bus drivers, chaperones, parents, and students.
No one is allowed to stray from the group.
