F. FILLING SHED.
F-01 No ignition sources visible in operating
areas or area in vicinity. Yes / No
F-02 Are the LPG cylinders empty or filled
properly loaded/unloaded and handled to
avoid impact falling,horizontal rolling etc. Yes / No
F-03 Are earthing connection on filling carousel
properly made. Yes / No
F-04 Are the cylinder chain converyors adequately
