DIET CHART FOR PCOD AND PCOS

PCOS:- polycystic ovary syndrome. is a


condition that affects a woman's Hormone levels .women with
PCOS produce higher -than normal amounts of male hormones.

This hormone imbalance causes them to skin menstrual Periods


and Makes it harder for them to get pregnant.

WHOLE DAY PLAN


EARLY MORNING
6:30AM: - 4-5 Almonds+2 walnuts + 150ml coconut water.
post workout 1 scoop protein supplement /2-3 boil egg without yolk/1 bowl row sprouts.
9:00AM (Breakfast): - 2boil egg /40 g Mix Veg Oats / Upama / daliya /
Skimmed Milk (1 Glass.

11:00AM(Mid-morning): -one glass of butter milk + 1 Spoon roasted flex seeds + pumpkin seeds
/ Coconut water.
12:30-01:30PM(Lunch): -(250gm) salad + 50 gm paneer /1-2 chapati + veg +dal.

Evening time 4:00:PM -one cup tea + 2-3 bis /one fruit/roasted channa.
5:30pm -1 fruit/soup.
DINNER - 8:PM: -Green veg + 1 plate salad + dal.
daliya /upma /fruit salad/daliya/idli+with veg /normal dal.
After 1 hour: - 1 glass of milk

FOODS ARE ADDDED IN YOUR DIET.


 Natural ,unprocessed foods.
 High fiber foods.
 fatty fish, including salmon, tuna, sardines, and mackerel.
 Kale, spinach, and other dark, leafy greens.
 dark red fruits , such as red grapes, blueberries
 , blackberries, and cherries.
 Broccoli and cauliflower.
 Dried beans, lentils, and other legumes.
 Healthy fats, such as olive oil, as well as avocados and
coconuts.
 nuts, including pine nuts, walnuts, almonds, and
pistachios. Dark chocolate in moderation.
 Spices, such as turmeric and cinnamon.

FOODS ARE AVOIDED IN YOUR DIET.


 Refined CHO, such as mass-produced pastries and white
bread.
 Fried food and such as fast food.
 Sugary beverages, such as sodas and energy drinks.
 processed meats such as hot dogs, sausages.
 solid fish.
 Excess red meat, such as steaks, and pork.
