11:00AM(Mid-morning): -one glass of butter milk + 1 Spoon roasted flex seeds + pumpkin seeds
/ Coconut water.
12:30-01:30PM(Lunch): -(250gm) salad + 50 gm paneer /1-2 chapati + veg +dal.
Evening time 4:00:PM -one cup tea + 2-3 bis /one fruit/roasted channa.
5:30pm -1 fruit/soup.
DINNER - 8:PM: -Green veg + 1 plate salad + dal.
daliya /upma /fruit salad/daliya/idli+with veg /normal dal.
After 1 hour: - 1 glass of milk
