    Madam,

    Greetings!

    The sudden shift of our educational system, from face to face learning to the new forms and
    modes of teaching and learning delivery to our students, had a profound and sudden impact on
    many areas of our institution brought by COVID-19 pandemic. These sudden changes have
    taken a toll on schools, teachers, students and to our beloved parents. Teachers have had
    to switch from traditional in-class settings to various forms of distance education, and
    develop methods to stay in touch with parents and students. Often, teachers are required to
    adopt new forms of educational strategies, may it be in a form of print or non-print media.
    However, challenges brought by the continuation of remote education, may it about teaching
    strategies and the likes, are inevitable.

    Relative to this, Project STAR: Sustainable Training on Action Research: An intervention to


    address gaps on instructional management, in SDO Camarines Sur, the Secondary Schools
    District of San Jose through the Planning and Research Unit in cooperation with the Salogon
    High School’s Faculty Staff, Schools Division Office of Camarines Sur and Cam Sur Research
    and Development Association (CSRDA) Inc. will conduct a 3-Day District Training-Workshop on
    Action Research and Innovations at Villa Del Rey Hotel – Pili, Camarines Sur on September 6-
    8, 2021.

    Anent to this, I’m inviting RENATO A. DOCTOR JR. one of your faculty members, under your
    administration, to be part of the said activity and serve as a support staff during the conduct of
    the entire training. Attached herewith, is the unnumbered memo with all the necessary
    information about the conduct of seminar. His knowledge about Research and other skills will of
    be of great help to the success of the aforementioned training. Nevertheless, his involvement,
    will be a great opportunity for him and to your school in your future trainings and seminars.

    In view of the aforementioned activity, your support and affirmative approval will be highly
    appreciated.
