Instructions

The first step is to sign up in a group (groups are open on the Blackboard).

The instructor will assign a certain project to each group, the group should receive the assigned project by email.

Each group has to submit ONE hardcopy of the assignment and ONE copy through the blackboard in PPP format.

Presentations
 Each team will present their project status based on a 75 or 80% completion
 Presentation will address major stakeholders and customer executive teams
 10-15 minutes for each team to present
 Each team member has to be responsible on a certain part of the project and has to participate in the
presentation.
 Other teams can question the status report information of the other team.

Your first slide should have the project title, the second slide is the project scope you received from your
instructor. The reset of presentation must be logically structured based on the PMI project management processes.

Tips And Hints

Remember: The aim is to share your own experience and cite your work. Think of yourselves as a project team
who is fully responsible about the project. You can assign a project manager among yourselves. You will only be
paid for your plan (in grades!)

This assignment means you have to do some research using the internet and library resources

Evaluation

Your project will be evaluated for creativity, thoroughness of research, and quality of written communications.
The grade awarded will be based on apparent level of effort, thoroughness, completeness, focus, and how well the
students demonstrated their understanding of the project and project processes. Make sure you properly cite your
sources. Due to the time limit (10 to 15 minutes only), you might have to go through the most important features of
your work. You are strongly advised to use the “notes” section of the PowerPoint if you need to include more of your
findings to be considered when marking the project.
